卫生部与陕、桂两省签署协议“携手”共推卫生事业发展

新华网北京３月１２日电（记者周婷玉）卫生部１１日、１２日分别与广西、陕西签署协议，就共同促进西部民族地区卫生事业发展达成共识。
３月１１日，卫生部部长陈竺与广西壮族自治区人民政府主席马飚共同签署了《卫生部、广西壮族自治区人民政府共建兴边固疆卫生惠民工程协议》。
根据协议，卫生部将与广西壮族自治区人民政府按照各自的职责，在实施防治艾滋病攻坚工程和防治地中海贫血工程、加强边境及沿海地区疾病预防控制能力建设、开展村级卫生服务示范区建设、实施壮瑶医药振兴计划、推进中国——东盟卫生合作交流平台建设等多个方面加强合作。
３月１２日，陈竺与陕西省人民政府省长袁纯清共同签署了《促进陕西省医疗卫生事业发展合作协议书》。
根据协议，卫生部将以陕西省子长县、神木县和宝鸡市作为部领导重点联系点，与陕西省人民政府在建设西北地区医疗科研中心，实施基层卫生人才队伍建设项目、基层医疗和公共卫生服务体系规范化建设项目及中医药研究能力建设项目，开展公立医院改革试点等多个方面进行合作。

Under the agreement, the Ministry of Health will work with Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Government in accordance with their respective responsibilities in the implementation of prevention and treatment of AIDS and prevention of thalassemia tackling engineering works to enhance border and coastal areas, disease prevention and control capacity-building, construction of village-level health services in demonstration areas, the implementation of Yao Zhuang medicine revitalization plan, promote China - ASEAN cooperation and exchange platform for the building of health and other aspects of cooperation.
March 12, Chen Zhu and Shaanxi Governor Yuan Chunqing Provincial People's Government signed the "medical and health undertakings in Shaanxi Province to promote the development of cooperation agreement."
Under the agreement, the Ministry of Health will Zichang County, Shaanxi Province, Baoji City Shenmu County, and led by the Department as a key point of contact with the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government in building the Northwest regional medical research centers, the implementation of construction projects, basic health personnel, primary health care and public health service system and standardize the TCM research projects and capacity-building project carried out pilot reform of public hospitals in many aspects such as cooperation.
