南非政府官员将带头接受ＨＩＶ检测

新华网约翰内斯堡３月１２日电（记者周瑜 李建民）南非政府日前宣布，为了表达对抗艾滋的决心，南非内阁已通过一系列防治艾滋病的新方案，其中一项是南非内阁成员将带头自愿接受ＨＩＶ检测。
据南非政府发言人介绍，此次由南非卫生部设计的新方案旨在到２０１１年把南非艾滋病感染率降低５０％，并为８０％的艾滋病患者提供抗逆转录病毒疗法。
同时，南非政府还呼吁社会高度重视对艾滋病的预防工作，希望通过教育、公共信息传播、避孕套的广泛发放等方式让南非民众更多了解艾滋病，从己做起预防艾滋病。
对此，他们将在全社会范围内提供公共艾滋病检测和咨询服务，南非内阁成员和其他政府领导人会率先接受检测。
据南非新闻通讯社报道，到２０１１年６月，预计将有１５００万人接受艾滋病公共检测服务。届时，所有南非公共医疗服务机构都将配备有ＨＩＶ检测仪器，同时向患者提供抗逆转录病毒疗法。
南非是世界上艾滋病病毒感染率较高的国家之一。南非人口大约为４７８５万，据联合国艾滋病规划署的数据，大约有５７０万南非人感染艾滋病病毒，其中包括２８万儿童。
