中国每年有13万人死于结核病 平均年龄仅55岁

中新社北京3月20日电(记者 曾利明)目前中国内地约有结核病患者约500万人，且每年新增病人150万，约有13万人死于该病，平均年龄仅为55岁，已超过中国全部传染病死亡的总和。这是记者从20日举行的“世界防治结核病日”宣传活动进校园启动大会获得的最新数据。
国家卫生部提供的统计显示：中国是全球22个结核病高负担国家之一，患者数量位居全球第二，其中耐多药结核病疫情非常严重。据全国耐药结核病基线调查结果估算，全国每年新发肺结核患者的耐多药率为8.32%，广泛耐药率为0.68%；每年新发耐多药结核患者12万，广泛耐药患者近1万，其危害远远超过艾滋病。 耐多药结核病在中国农村特别是西部地区尤为严重，由于人口流动频繁，对公共卫生造成极大危险。
据专家透露，中国已成功申请到第五轮全球基金，制定了实施耐多药结核病控制策略，并成为美国礼来公司实施的“全球耐多药结核合作伙伴项目”重要成员。该项目由礼来提供并提供800万元人民币，通过培训医务人员、社区病患健康教育、探索防治和监测方案等，消除对患者的歧视，从而控制“耐多种药物型”结核病蔓延。
旨在为结核病患者营造良好氛围、消除公众疑虑的“世界防治结核病日”宣传活动进校园活动由北京市卫生局、北京大学等单位联合举办，来自国家卫生部、中国疾病预防控制中心、世界卫生组织以及北京等36所高校学生代表300余人参加了启动大会。(完)
