本报讯(记者梅国胜 通讯员高翔)“我患子宫腺肌瘤急需动手术，可找了几家医院都被医生冷漠地拒绝，只因我是一个艾滋病患者。”昨日，艾滋病患者李春(化名)有些忐忑地向本报114长江倾听热线反映。
李春含泪叙说：她和丈夫住武汉远城区，几年前夫妻俩到南方打工，因其夫有婚外性行为夫妻双双感染艾滋病。屋漏偏逢连夜雨，去年底，她常感下腹疼痛难忍，每月经期长达10多天，并且掉出的血块有小孩拳头大，腹痛几次使她昏厥过去。经医生诊断，她罹患子宫腺肌瘤，需手术切除。她拿着诊断报告单到汉口香港路的一家医院妇产科，接诊医生一看就说肌瘤较大，不能耽搁需动手术。可当得知她是艾滋病人后，马上脸色一变，合上她的病历说：“你这样的病人我们医院不能做手术！”
吃了一家医院开的药一个多月，病情丝毫不见好转。无奈之下，今年3月初，她又转到汉口利济路的一家医院求医，该院医生知道她的“特殊身份”后，又开药治疗近一个月，仍无效。李春多次求该院为她做手术切除子宫肌瘤，每次都被医院拒绝。
李春说，现在她的病情越来越严重了，每次病情发作她都痛不欲生，她恳求本报114长江倾听热线帮她找一家愿为她这样的特殊病人切除子宫腺肌瘤的医院，为她解除难以承受的病痛。
记者昨日就李春的情况求教“治艾”专家桂希恩教授。桂教授说，实际上，只要能做子宫腺肌瘤手术的医疗机构都可以为李春做手术，不愿为她手术的原因恐怕还是有“恐艾”意识。国务院2006年3月施行的《艾滋病防治条例》规定：医疗机构不得因就诊的病人是艾滋病病毒感染者或者艾滋病病人，推诿或者拒绝对其其他疾病进行治疗。在一些国家，医生拒绝给艾滋病人治疗其他疾病，将会被吊销医生执照的。
为帮助李春解除病痛，本报记者正在与武汉的几家医院联系给李春做手术。
