昨日上午，南宁市卫生工作会议透露出不少好消息，全市将投入2000万元作为防艾经费，加快南宁市艾滋病治疗中心的建设；要提高高危孕产妇住院分娩率，争取达到99.55%以上，并降低孕产妇和婴儿死亡率。
南宁计划成立艾滋病治疗中心
今年，南宁将启动实施防治艾滋病攻坚工程，并列入为民办实事任务中，达到“两降一升”的目标：减少新发艾滋病病毒感染、控制性病发病率，降低艾滋病病死率、提高艾滋病病毒感染者和病人的生存质量，减轻艾滋病和性病的危害。
在经费方面，南宁市将投入2000万元防治艾滋病，其中自治区财政补助500万元，市财政补助1500万元，用于开展健康管理、免费发放安全套、设立艾滋病综合防治资金和建设南宁市艾滋病治疗中心。据南宁市卫生局局长汤晓斌介绍，南宁市艾滋病治疗中心是在市第四人民医院艾滋病科室的基础上进行提升的，目前已经经过多部门的前期论证。
深入开展预防艾滋病宣传教育工作，建立各级艾滋病三级防治网络，最终延伸到社区、村屯。
降低孕产妇和婴儿死亡率
今年，南宁市政府继续把救治贫困高危孕产妇列入为民办实事项目，争取全市高危孕产妇住院分娩率达到99.5%以上，孕产妇死亡率控制在30/10万以下。据了解，2009年全市孕产妇死亡率30.10/10万，全年累计抢救贫困危重孕产妇92人，投入救助经费80多万元。
儿童保健也是今年卫生工作的重点。各级医院要对所有出生婴儿建立《广西儿童保健手册》，规范儿童保健技术服务。其中，儿童保健覆盖率以县（区）为单位要求达到95%以上，5岁以下儿童死亡率农村控制在10‰以下；婴儿死亡率农村控制在7‰以下，城市控制在4‰以下。去年，南宁市5岁以下儿童死亡率7.15‰，婴儿死亡率5.18‰。 （记者 蓝彬彬）
