合肥“艾滋女”发帖人被控制 网络暴力引关注

中新社合肥4月13日电(万戈)某网友近日在合肥某论坛发帖称，一名叫“春兰”的“艾滋女”在合肥出卖自己的身体并得了艾滋病。同时发布与其有过联系的89个人的手机号码，及“艾滋女”当事人春兰的照片。此帖再次引起社会各界的关注。记者13日下午在包河区分局了解到，发帖子人已被警方控制，正在进行进一步的询问。
据了解，4月10日下午，网名为“担心病毒”的网友在合肥某论坛发表了一篇名叫《她们在合肥出卖自己的身体得了艾滋病》的帖子，称该女子与多人发生性关系，并已感染艾滋病。帖子中还曝光了与其有过联系的89个人的手机号码。调查中发现，帖子的内容部分属实，4人自称认识“艾滋女”，并有1人承认其朋友与该女发生过性关系。而大部分手机号码为空号甚至有公用电话亭的号码。此事引起了媒体和民众的极大关注。13日下午5点左右，发帖者被警方控制。
虽然目前对这起“艾滋女”事件尚无定论，但是法律界人士提醒社会公众增强自身法律意识。有律师称发帖者捏造并散布足以败坏当事人名誉的事实且情节严重，将会涉嫌诽谤罪。“艾滋女”事件的受害人可以向法院提起刑事自诉。
对近期出现多起类似案例的网络事件，该律师称责任不仅仅在发帖人，相关网站的管理者存在管理失误，网站为获取高的点击率，无疑助推了事件的传播。如果论坛的管理人员能及时控制发帖内容，及时确认信息的准确性，并能正确判断帖子内容的社会影响力，及时删除不良信息，这样将会有效地阻止事态的蔓延。
