张掖艾滋病防治工作会议召开

新华网甘肃频道4月20日电 昨日，全市艾滋病防治工作会议暨张掖市全球基金艾滋病项目启动会议要求，全市防治艾滋病工作要坚持“预防为主、防治结合、依法防治、科学防治”的方针，按照全面开展、突出重点、综合防治、集中突破的原则，有效遏制艾滋病在我市流行和蔓延。
会议指出，要高度重视，切实形成“政府领导，部门配合，社会参与”的工作新格局。要深入开展艾滋病防治知识和政策法规宣传教育，继续在大专院校开展“青春红丝带”行动，在农民工输出地和重点行业从业人员中开展艾滋病知识宣传培训，扩大宣传覆盖面，提高宣传针对性。根据《艾滋病防治条例》要求，结合民政、卫生等部门，对婚前人群和孕产妇进行预防艾滋病母婴传播相关知识的教育，各级医疗机构对入院分娩产妇、手术病人要进行艾滋病病毒抗体检测。要加强高危人群的监测干预，加大安全套推广使用力度，降低艾滋病的感染率。争取将艾滋病、性病检查纳入从业人员健康体检项目，整顿性病医疗服务市场，规范性病门诊和诊疗行为，培训从事性病诊治的医务人员，规范性病诊疗服务。要对吸毒人群继续开展美沙酮维持治疗工作，提供艾滋病咨询和健康教育等服务。要加强艾滋病人随访管理工作，落实“四免一关怀”政策。卫生行政部门要加强督导检查力度，确保我市全球基金艾滋病项目资金专款专用。（记者 王芳）
