    本報訊一販毒團伙，利用艾滋病人販賣、運輸毒品，先後在鄭州、廣州、雲南販賣毒品3000余克。昨日，記者從開封市中級人民法院了解到，該團伙17名成員分別被判處死刑到有期徒刑3年不等的刑罰。

    2001年12月至2004年11月，以被告人劉付成、劉文章為首的販毒集團，指揮郭艷華、李麥屯（均已判刑）等，到雲南省瑞麗市等地，攜帶運輸毒品海洛因933克。 2006年7月至2007年1月，被告人劉付成、劉文章、韓全中、張小磊、朱慶喜等，組織10餘名艾滋病人，多次運輸海洛因1920余克。

    2005年7月至2008年4月，被告人劉付成單獨或指使被告人蘇西京、韓冰（已判刑）等人，多次到廣州、鄭州等地販賣毒品海洛因共計1267克。

    被告人楊俊麗是劉付成的妻子，其明知劉付成從事販賣毒品生意，為掩飾、隱瞞其來源和性質，用劉付成的毒資款984827元，分別在鄭州新區海逸名門、阿卡迪亞小區購買住房一套。楊俊麗還用毒資款598514元，為自己、兒子和女兒購買保險。

    法院認為，被告人劉付成等人販賣、運輸毒品犯罪為共同犯罪，遂依法作出上述判決。
