18日，一个阳光充裕的上午，勃利县13岁的少年小浩静静地躺在床上，将瘦弱的身体埋进室内昏暗的阴影里。他病了，这个小小读书郎已因病离开校园好几年了，他患的是——艾滋病，而且已经是晚期。
发病

小浩一家的梦魇是从2003年开始降临的。2003年，小浩的母亲小娟因意外事故身亡；2006年，小浩经常出现扁桃体发炎、咳嗽的症状，总感觉头昏脑胀。家人领他到医院检查治疗，但没有效果。
小浩的奶奶于兰清晰地记得，那是2007年3月21日。“临上学前，小浩就嚷嚷嗓子疼。我一看，扁桃体又肿了。由于经常这样，也没太在意。下午，小浩的班主任给我打电话，让我去接小浩。当时小浩浑身都是暗紫色的点子，眼珠都红了，脸也变了形，高烧42度。”
当地医院建议去大医院检查，小浩相继在哈市、佳木斯市等多家医院就诊，诊断的结果也多种多样：白血病、川崎病等，但治疗都没有效果。
2008年12月4日，小浩到哈医大一院就诊。“经检测HIV阳性，确诊为AIDS(艾滋病)晚期。”于兰说，当时全家人都被一纸诊断砸蒙了，怎么也想不明白是咋传染上的。
巧遇
两艾滋病老乡
也在哈市求医
小浩在哈医大一院治病期间，于兰遇到了同在一科室住院的两名同乡——40岁的丁梅和66岁的赵田。
5月23日，记者见到丁梅时，她看起来很虚弱。“浑身无力，记忆力减退，经常口腔溃疡和偏头痛。”丁梅说，从1997年之后她总是偏头痛。2005年，患妇科病的她到七台河一家医院做手术，术前检查竟然得出了HIV阳性的结果。“后来爱人和儿子去医院检查，所幸都没有被感染。”
赵田也是艾滋病晚期，已经瘦得皮包骨。“我爸原来160多斤，可壮了，从1997年开始就总闹毛病，咳嗽、发烧、消瘦，现在也就70多斤。”赵田的儿子说，2005年，父亲的眼睛看不清东西，到哈市一家医院治疗，术前检测出感染了艾滋病。此后父亲每年都要住上几次院。家里为了给父亲看病，已经将房子和地都卖了。
提起家庭，几个人痛哭失声。丁梅说，多亏有一个信任她的丈夫，在关键的时候不离不弃，疼爱有加，否则她可能早就不在人世了。
赵田的儿子对记者说，被确诊艾滋病后，他爸想死的心都有。“我一个老实巴交的农民，咋能得上这病呢？”
巧合同一家医院的输血经历
通过互相聊起病情，三个病友意外地获得了一个异常惊人的发现：丁梅曾经于1997年3月10日在勃利县人民医院顺产，因为子宫没清理干净，接受医生建议输了血；赵田1997年4月2日在勃利县人民医院做胆结石手术接受了输血。
“孩子住院后，我从医生那里得知艾滋病的潜伏期是2到10年，算一算小浩从1997年出生到2007年发病，正好是10年。”于兰回忆，1997年3月14日，儿媳妇小娟在家突然发生产前大出血，当时家里只有于兰一个人，她慌忙雇车将儿媳妇送到勃利县人民医院。经诊断是失血性休克，医院决定立即输血，并施行急诊剖宫术。
“小娟进手术室前，一个大夫喊我跟她出去买血，我当时建议大夫用我的血，可大夫不让，说医院有专门的血源。”于兰说，当时医院门口有一群专门卖血的人，被当地人称为“血鬼”。那个大夫推门出去喊“谁是B型血”，立即就冲过来两个男的。大夫说“来一个就行”。
于兰至今仍对那个“血鬼”记忆犹新：个头不高又黑又瘦，“脸色灰暗，一看就有病，手里还拎着个啤酒瓶子。当时未进行任何检测，大夫就从他的身上抽了400CC血，之后输到我儿媳妇的身体里。20分钟后，大夫从手术室抱出一个婴儿，就是小浩。”
于兰说，儿媳妇产后身体虚弱，后来又输了400CC血，住了十几天院。
三人接受输血的时间都集中在这二十几天里，并且都在同一家医院，这种巧合让他们感到非常疑惑。于兰说，他们这三个家庭都怀疑感染艾滋病与那次在勃利县人民医院输血有着直接的联系。
灾难倾家荡产精神几近崩溃
如今小浩的身体非常虚弱，经检测，免疫力低得不能再低了。伴随疾病而来的，是一家人精神和物质的双重苦难。
于兰没有工作，小浩患肠梗阻的爸爸也下岗了，一家人全靠小浩爷爷每月700多元的残疾人补助金维持生活。几年来小浩前后住了11次医院，每次最少住上20多天，最多要住好几个月。“现在小浩的医药费已经花了30多万，还欠了20多万的饥荒，房子都抵押出去了。”于兰抹着眼泪说，“全家人经常几个月都吃不上一次肉，小浩又必须增加营养。有一次我去市场犹豫了半天说称二两肉，摊主鄙夷的眼神儿让我无地自容，好在碰到一个熟人送给了我一斤肉，说啥也不要钱，回家时我哭了一道儿。”
如果说医药费尚且能挺住，但是对于精神的折磨却让于兰几近崩溃。于兰哽咽着说，知道这个病受歧视，所以将消息瞒得死死的，更不能告诉小浩，骗他说病很快就好。“从2007年那次发病比较厉害后，小浩再也没去上学。小浩隔几天就问‘奶奶，咋不给我收拾书包呢？我得上学’。我只能强忍着眼泪一次次骗他说还得过一段儿，之后我只能躲到厕所里放声大哭。”
未来“奶奶，我还能活几年？”
事实终究隐瞒不了，随着年龄的增长和从大人的对话中以及医生提供的书籍中，去年年底小浩知道了自己真正的病情。
“有一段时间，小浩不提上学的事了，我们感觉挺奇怪，有一天，小浩显得特别冷静，他把我叫到跟前说‘奶奶，我还能活多长时间？’当时我吓坏了，啥也说不出来，搂着孙子抱头痛哭。”于兰说，此后小浩经常一个人躺在床上掉泪，而且特别自卑，以前还到外边溜达，现在不去了，说怕别人知道他的病。于兰告诉记者，小浩每天都要吃10多种药，绝对不能停，直到……
“自从小浩得知已经是艾滋病晚期后，经常仰着脸闭着眼唱那首《向苍天再借五百年》。撕心裂肺地唱，听了让人心碎。别说五百年，就是几年也好啊。”于兰说，“还有一次我背小浩出去散步。忽然听到他在背上喃喃地说‘妈妈，儿子就要去看你了。’我两腿一软，几乎瘫坐在地上，这孩子的命咋就这么苦啊，他才13岁啊！”于兰说到这里掩面痛哭。
于兰80多岁的母亲也卧病在床，小浩发病后，老太太就对于兰说：“别给我治了，把钱给小浩用吧，我都80岁了，死就死了吧。”
诉讼
法院将择日审理
去年8月，于兰到勃利县人民医院复印了病历，之后找到院方负责人。但是对方以“前任的事情不清楚”为由，建议她走法律程序。去年9月，于兰向勃利县法院起诉勃利县人民医院，要求赔偿各种费用300万元。去年10月12日，勃利县法院正式立案，将择日审理。
记者从一份勃利县人民医院去年11月18日向法院递交的答辩书上看到，该医院认为：不能排除1997年3月14日在小浩出生之前，他的母亲就已经感染了HIV；母乳传播也是艾滋病的传染途径之一；同时不能排除小浩在后天抚养和成长过程中，如接触了被污染的针具、或与HIV感染者和AIDS患者有过亲密接触，或者通过外伤感染。而且即使因这次输血所致，责任也在当地防疫站，与医院无关。
小浩的代理律师——黑龙江孟繁旭律师事务所律师孙鹏在接受记者采访时说，在1998年《义务输血法》没有实施之前，全国有很多地方的输血管理不规范，导致不少人因输血感染上疾病。媒体也曾报道过，如河南上蔡村等。从法律意义上来说，因输血感染疾病的纠纷，在司法界已经达成共识：只要患者能够提供证据证明在涉案医院输血，感染输血可能导致的疾病，那么患者的举证责任就完成了。
丁梅和赵田的儿子告诉记者，他们曾找到勃利县人民医院的负责人，对方同样告知他们走法律程序。目前，他们已向勃利县法院起诉勃利县人民医院，赵田索赔300万元，丁梅索赔100万元，正在等待立案。
这病不光彩，丁梅说她知道吸毒和乱性是艾滋病的主要的传播途径，患病后最大的压力莫过于周围人的歧视。出门总躲人，人多的地方都不敢去。“如果上街有人多看我一眼，我都会心里打鼓：难道看出我是艾滋病人了？”
丁梅靠在床头疲惫地说：“其实我知道，艾滋病给我和家人带来的劫难是100万甚至再多的钱都无法弥补的，尤其是我即将走到尽头的生命更是无法用钱挽留。可是，为了我可爱的孩子和爱我的丈夫，我必须要把这场官司打下去，希望法律能还我以清白，洗刷掉这个病给我和亲人带来的说不清道不明的耻辱。我不能给他们留下什么，只能寄托于胜诉后能让这个筋疲力尽、一贫如洗的家能够支撑下去……”
