去年上升到33万例 卫生部规划“梅艾”联防
上世纪90年代末以来，全国梅毒报告病例数明显增加。为遏制疫情快速上升趋势，卫生部21日印发《中国预防与控制梅毒规划（2010-2020年）》。

近10多年来，我国梅毒流行形势日益严峻。统计显示，1999年全国报告8万余例梅毒病例，2009年上升到近33万例。2009年，梅毒报告病例数在我国甲乙类传染病报告中居第三位。
卫生部有关负责人指出，梅毒可通过性、血液和母婴途径传播，感染后只要及早发现并进行规范治疗是可以治愈的。
将梅毒控制纳入“防艾”
梅毒与艾滋病有着相似的传播途径，感染梅毒会促进艾滋病的传播。为此，《中国预防与控制梅毒规划（2010-2020年）》明确，将梅毒控制工作纳入艾滋病防治管理机制中，将梅毒监测检测信息纳入全国艾滋病综合防治信息系统管理，推动两者的联合防控。
规划要求，各级政府艾滋病防治工作委员会办公室要制订梅毒控制工作方案，将梅毒控制目标作为评价艾滋病防治效果的重要指标之一；要加大对梅毒防治工作的经费投入，要结合当地艾滋病防治专项经费统筹安排梅毒防治工作所需经费。梅毒疫情较严重地区，还要积极争取各级财政部门支持，设立梅毒控制专项经费。
规划要求，社区药物维持治疗门诊和艾滋病免费咨询检测机构要将梅毒免费咨询检测纳入日常服务内容。
此外，规划明确，将梅毒等性病的控制作为艾滋病性传播控制手段之一。
■防控目标
5年遏制 10年逆转
《中国预防与控制梅毒规划（2010-2020年）》明确了未来10年梅毒防控目标。到2015年年底，实现全国一期和二期梅毒年报告发病率增长幅度控制在5%以下。到2020年年底，实现全国一期和二期梅毒年报告发病率呈下降趋势；全国先天梅毒年报告发病率在15/10万活产数以下，实现基本消除先天梅毒的目标。据新华社电
