6月28日，中蒙红十字会边境艾滋病预防宣传活动组在二连市召开座谈会，中国红十字会艾滋病工作专家组组长、新疆维吾尔自治区红十字会副会长王绍华主持会议，国际联合会东亚地区代表处信息代表弗朗西斯、蒙古国红十字会副秘书长奥特根和自治区、锡盟红十字会相关负责人出席会议。
中蒙双方就如何进一步加强合作、有效促进艾滋病预防工作进行了深入探讨，并就加强艾滋病防治工作达成共识。双方一致认为，在两国边境地区共同开展艾滋病预防工作具有很强的现实意义，表示将进一步加强合作，扩大艾滋病防治宣传面，提高大众对艾滋病的认知度，并整合更多的资源，积极投入到艾滋病防治工作中，造福于两国人民。

June 28, the Mongolian Red Cross border HIV prevention advocacy group held a forum in Erlian city, the Chinese Red Cross AIDS team leader, Wang Shaohua, vice president of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Red Cross, presided over the meeting, the International Joint Council Information Office in East Asia on behalf of Francis, the Mongolian Red Cross Secretary-General Ott roots and autonomous regions, and Ximeng relevant responsible officials of the Red Cross.
China and Mongolia will further strengthen cooperation on how to effectively promote AIDS prevention in-depth discussion and to reach a consensus on strengthening AIDS prevention and control. Both sides agreed that, in the border region to carry out AIDS prevention work has great practical significance, that will further strengthen cooperation and expand AIDS prevention publicity side, raise public awareness of AIDS and to integrate more resources to into AIDS work, to benefit the two peoples.
