湖北艾滋女到青岛会网友？

荆楚网消息 (楚天金报) 真的假的？湖北一名艾滋病高危少妇，抛夫弃子来到青岛寻找男“网友”？近日，网上流传着一个帖子，引起了网友们的关注。
发帖人自称是“湖北省房县关心下一代工作委员会办公室”的“小杨”，他在帖文中称 ，经过他的调查，那名“艾滋女”已来到青岛，他也曾赶到寻找，还联系了青岛警方，却没有找到该女子下落。记者就此联系了警方，警方表示确实曾接到过小杨的求助，也尽可能地进行了帮助，但对于帖文中所述事件的真实性，他们无法进行求证。连日来，记者对此事展开了调查。
网帖：湖北艾滋女去青岛
帖子以第一人称的口吻进行了叙述，对于帖文的内容，记者进行了整理。
发帖人自称“小杨”，是“湖北省房县关心下一代工作委员会办公室”的工作人员，他以“担心艾滋病在青岛蔓延”为由，在网上发帖。

小杨自称是当地“关工委”的工作人员，他爱岗敬业，为了追寻一名“艾滋女”的下落，奔走千里来了青岛，在无功而返之后，无奈在网络上发出了“求援协查”。
资料：太详细引来网友关注
看过帖子的王女士在和记者反映时，她说：“艾滋女”来了青岛？真的假的？这很难让人相信啊！可是，就上面登的两个QQ号码，我又进行了验证，网名确实就是他说的那样。”
这个帖子确实引起了网友们的高度关注，他们的跟帖中，过半数的人对帖文登出的号码进行了验证，还有一部分人也对电话进行了查验，发现两个号码确实所属为湖北十堰和山东青岛。
19日下午，记者拨打了帖文中号码为“1519209××××”的电话，却无人接听，接连几次之后，电话接通但无人应答，随后，电话被挂断，然后关机。“资料这么详细，并且所说的都好像能对起来，难道艾滋女真的来了青岛？”验证后的王女士感到一阵恐慌。
警方：发帖人确实到过青岛
在帖子中，小杨说，他曾与城阳警方接触过。为了验证小杨说的是不是真的，记者联系到了城阳警方。城阳警方相关负责人说，前几天的确有一个自称是房县关心下一代工作委员会办公室的人来过，要求他们帮助查找徐某。“由于他没有身份证，也没有相关的工作证明，我们不能立案侦查。”这位负责人说，虽然没有立案，警方还是本着对市民负责的态度，为他提供了帮助，并找到了他所说的姓王的那个人，“但是那个姓王的人明确表示，自己不认识徐某，也没听说过这个人。”
由于无法确定小杨的身份，也无法立案，在这个线索断了之后，警方没有继续帮助查找。
为了核实徐某是不是艾滋病人，7月19日下午，记者联系到了十堰市艾滋病性病防治所，因为按照惯例，所有的艾滋病人在他们那里都应当有备案。
一位毛姓工作人员表示，虽然所有的艾滋病人都有备案，但是他们并不能帮助记者查，“这是别人的隐私，我们不能对外公布。”

同时，金报记者从其他渠道得知，“小杨”的电话可能只有该局蔡局长知道，但无论金报记者和青岛《城市信报》记者如何拨打蔡局长的手机，就是没有人接听，对于记者发去的核实小杨身份的短信，蔡局长也未予任何回应。
昨日傍晚，房县宣传部工作人员短信答复金报记者：“我刚给领导作了汇报，他们将安排了解调查此事，目前我还不清楚情况，等有进展了及时答复你。”
金报记者与房县相关单位工作人员联系时，他们均表示知道有网友以“小杨”的身份发了此帖一事，但都不愿意对此事作出自己的评判。另外，已有房县相关部门向房县老干局问询了此事，截至本报记者发稿时，他们都还不确定“小杨”的真实身份，并且目前还没有和这个可能的“小杨”联系上。这样，“小杨”就变得越发扑朔迷离。

“发布徐某信息系工作失误”
昨日下午6时前，一自称是房县老干局“小杨”的工作人员主动给《城市信报》记者打来电话，说“他们也不确定徐某就是艾滋病患者，发到网上是他们的工作失误，操作不当”。
据《城市信报》记者回忆，该工作人员的声音像老人的，而他是不是就是发帖者“小杨”，暂时还无法确定，该工作人员对自己的身份未作任何说明，只是口头上做出以上表述。
律师说法：
发帖者涉嫌侵犯他人隐私权
本报记者就此事采访了湖北森生律师事务所高杰律师，他认为，7月1日实施的《侵权责任法》：“网络用户、网络服务提供者利用网络侵害他人民事权益的，应当承担侵权责任。”据此“小杨”公布他人隐私的行为构成侵权，应当承担侵权责任，网络服务提供者有责任采取删除等必要措施，否则，也要承担相应民事责任。
山东重诺律师事务所的刘明峰律师也认为“小杨”的做法违法：这个事可以从两个方面说，一方面是“小杨”所说的都属实，“即便是这样，他把别人的隐私公布在网上，这样做也侵犯了别人的隐私权，如果他真的要找人，可以通过合法的手段。”“如果他的身份是假的，徐某也真的没有患艾滋病，他就涉嫌诽谤罪。”刘明峰解释说，如果“小杨”在撒谎，他就是败坏了他人的名誉，通过捏造事实，并公布于众，就达到了诽谤罪的构成要件。
截至本报记者发稿，相关网站已经删除了“小杨”的帖文。“小杨”为何要发这样一条帖子，他与帖文中的徐某到底有何关系，本报将跟踪报道此事。
