　　抗艾也要“抗歧视”

　　本届世界艾滋病大会提出了“权利，就在此时此地”的口号，呼吁国际组织、政府、团体和民众，关注艾滋病及其相关的社会问题，尤其应在积极应对艾滋病威胁的同时，注重对艾滋病病毒感染者和患者权益的尊重与保护。

　　目前，在世界各地，艾滋病病毒感染者和患者受到歧视、排斥和隔绝的现象十分普遍。比如，在一些国家和地区，外国公民在申请入境时，如果被查出是艾滋病病毒携带者，将被禁止入境；有的国家即使允许其入境，也会完全禁止或严格限制这些人就业和学习等；在有的国家，携带艾滋病病毒的外国人还会被拘留甚至被驱逐出境。

　　联合国儿童基金会艾滋病项目副主任科尔克在接受记者专访时说，目前对艾滋病病毒感染者和患者的歧视现象仍十分突出，艾滋病病毒感染者获得他们所需要的服务非常困难，艾滋病病毒感染高危人群也很难获得预防信息。

　　联合国艾滋病规划署执行主任西迪贝和“与艾滋病病毒携带者共处全球网”的代表穆迪在会上呼吁，应充分尊重和保护艾滋病病毒感染者和患者的权利，包括取消对他们的入境限制。

　　在本届世界艾滋病大会上，中国今年４月取消对患艾滋病外国人入境限制的做法得到了与会者的肯定。

“我确实只喜欢男生”：大学生“同志”抗艾紧急救助

　　大学生“同志”群体的艾滋病病毒感染情况引起各方关注。专家认为，这个群体应当得到保护，校方和社会各界也应给予他们更多支持和扶助第1页 我确实只喜欢男生第2页 没人告诉我们怎么做才安全第3页 高危人群草根组织【财新网】（特约作者 朱子一 实习记者刘虹桥22日发自北京）确定自己的身份不会暴露后，刘季（化名）才决定讲述自己的经历。他是一位“同志”（即男同性恋者，gay），艾滋病病毒感染者，杭州某大学学生。

　　刘季是2009年下半年确认感染的。这一年，在高校相对集中的杭州市西湖区，当地疾控中心从自愿参加艾滋病病毒检测的195名“同志”中检出11名感染者，其中10名是大学生。而杭州市全年共检出大学生艾滋病病毒感染者20人，均为“同志”。

　　如今，艾滋病已经开始威胁大学校园，“同志”群体首当其冲。根据2009年11月底卫生部公布的数据，近三年全国报告职业为学生的艾滋病病毒感染者和病人数呈逐年上升趋势。这些学生病例中，同性传播所占比例从8%上升为36.9%，排第一位。

　　“定时炸弹就在身边，但日子还得过。”在杭州高校同志社区中颇有名气的志愿者、浙江大学博士生“同志哥”说。

　　“我确实只喜欢男生”

　　大二时，和一个男生闹过别扭之后，刘季觉得“心里很难过”。他因此怀疑自己的性取向。上网一对照，他确认自己是“同志”，“我确实只喜欢男生”。

　　通过杭州一家“同志”网站，刘季认识了第一个男友。聊了很久，两人见面了，刘季想见识一下男人怎么跟男人做爱的。由于对方表示之前只有一个男友，他们没有采取安全措施，“现在看来好可笑”。事后，刘季怕得要死，赶快跑去检测，结果还好，阴性。

　　渐渐地，他们减少了来往。这也是至今为止与刘季保持关系最长的一个，其他的都是419（For one night），即一夜情。

　　刘季在一夜情时坚持使用安全套，直到碰见一位帅哥。他选择了不戴套，总共两次。这位帅哥现在已不知去向，刘季甚至不知道他叫什么。“要说危险的话，就是这个人了。”

　　2009年8月下旬，刘季去疾控中心做检测，初筛结果是艾滋病病毒阳性。接下来，再次抽血检测，确诊。

　　刘季先是告诉叔叔，叔叔告诉婶婶，最后父母和妹妹知道了。“我父母知道后一年都没有干活，妈妈就在那里哭。”不过，父母仍不知道刘季是“同志”，以为他是找小姐后传染的。

　　他现在特别憎恨那些明明知道自己感染艾滋病病毒，却还拼命找“同志”，尤其是年轻“同志”的人。

　　重庆的唐糖（化名），则直到大学毕业后才知道自己感染了艾滋病病毒。

　　大学时代的唐糖有些腼腆，交过几个男友，但始终觉得艾滋病离自己很远。大三时，他参与过自愿献血，并未查出异常。2006年夏天大学毕业后，他作为西部志愿者在一所乡村学校教书。

　　几个月后，唐糖去大连见男友，聊起此前一次高烧难退的经历，从韩国回来的男友警惕地带他去医院做艾滋病病毒检测。

　　“得知检测确认结果的时候，仿佛遭了晴天霹雳，心里除了害怕，便没有别的感觉”，唐糖回忆道。

　　在某种程度上，大学生“同志”社区是整个中国“同志”社区的一个缩影。根据卫生部统计，中国新发现的艾滋病病毒感染者中，男男性行为传播导致的比例从2007年的12.2％猛增至2009年的32.5％。多年从事同性恋和艾滋病防控研究的青岛大学医学院教授张北川说，这个比例今后上升到40%甚至50%都是有可能的。

　　当然，张北川指出，上述比例的增加与艾滋病防控项目动员更多“同志”参加检测有关。现在参加艾滋病病毒自愿检测不仅可以拿到补助，隐私也可以得到保护。

　　“同志哥”说，所有的性行为中，插入式肛交最容易感染。女性性工作者是为了金钱，更倾向于采取安全措施；有些“同志”是为了快感，反倒不喜欢用安全套。

　　杭州市疾控中心最近对175名同志网民进行了一次网络调查。结果显示，调查对象首次发生男男性行为的平均年龄为20岁，八成以上在半年内有过肛交行为，而最近六个月肛交行为中有三成以上的人从未使用安全套。每次性行为都使用安全套的只占两成。

　　张北川认为，大学生更注重感情，更愿意在感情基础上发生性关系，因此大学生“同志”的感染率应当低于大城市这个群体感染率的总体水平。

　　但由于缺乏调查数据，全国到底有多少大学生“同志”像刘季和唐糖一样不幸感染上艾滋病病毒，仍是一个谜团。
