浙江省上半年新报告艾滋病病毒感染者766例 比去年增147.9%

截至今年6月底，我省累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和病人（HIV/AIDS）5937例，其中今年新报告HIV766例，杭州新报告235例。昨天，省卫生厅请来中国工程院院士给全省400多名党政干部宣讲艾滋病防治知识和政策。
现在，全世界每天约增加7400人新感染者，死亡5500人。截至今年5月底，我国已累计报告HIV约35万例，AIDS约11.5万例，云南、广西、河南、四川、新疆和广东疫情较为严重。
中国工程院院士、中华预防医学会会长王陇德介绍，目前我国艾滋病疫情主要有以下特点：第一，性接触传播已成为主要传播途径，同性传播上升明显。2007年我国新报告5万人，性传播占57.9%，同性占12.2%，2009年新增4.8万人，性传播占74.7%，同性占32.5%；第二，疫情上升幅度有所减缓。这得益于安全套的推广使用及美沙酮替代治疗毒瘾等措施。第三；影响人群增多。15岁以下及50岁以上的感染者逐年增多，其中学生感染者占总数比重增加明显，从2006年的0.96%上升到2009年的1.53%，高校学生感染者以同性为主。
我国艾滋病防治工作还面临着严峻挑战。“专家估计，全国病毒感染者已达74万人，但报告的却只有35万人，还有40万人未被发现，且报告者中也有一些地址、姓名不详的。”王陇德说，社会歧视广泛存在，许多高危人群不愿做检查，预防和治疗的科学技术手段也还有待突破。
省卫生部门相关负责人介绍，目前我省11个市所有的县均有HIV/AIDS报告，呈以下特征：全省艾滋病总体仍呈低流行水平；报告疫情持续上升，但上升速度有所减缓；疫情分布范围广，地区分布不平衡；性接触传播是主要传播途径，同性传播增长明显。
此次在党政干部中开展宣讲，旨在号召全社会参与艾滋病防治工作，普及防艾知识，努力减少社会歧视、消除恐惧，为患者及感染者能够正常生活和工作营造良好的社会环境，使更多患者能够得到积极的治疗。

省卫生厅昨日公布，截至今年6月30日，全省累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和病人（HIV/AIDS）5937例，其中艾滋病病人（AIDS）1601例，死亡630例。全省11个市所有的县均有报告。2010年上半年（1月1日~6月30日）全省新发现HIV 766例，AIDS 357例，死亡96例。与去年同期相比，HIV上升了26.4%，AIDS上升了147.9%，死亡上升了47.7%。其中杭州市新报告HIV 235例，比去年同期上升值21.76%。从传播途径来看，异性性接触传播占55.5%，同性性传播占27.6%。
王陇德院士介绍了全国的情况。今年5月底为止，我国HIV感染者34万多例，艾滋病病人11万多例，累计死亡59973例。但值得重视的是，控制传播源非常困难。王院士说，在已报告的近34万感染者和病人中，追踪和随访难度较大，随访率不高，难以控制他们的传播危险。约40万感染者还没有被发现，不了解自己的感染状况，他们的传播更加隐蔽。
