广东省英德市注射吸毒成艾滋病主要传播途径

南方日报讯(记者/焦莹通讯员/张弓)近日，广东省卫生厅到英德市检查艾滋病防控工作，要求加大艾滋病防治经费的投入，加强防范和宣传教育，全面推进艾滋病防控工作。
据悉，从1999年报告首例艾滋病病例起，截至今年6月30日，英德市通过疫情直报系统累计报告艾滋病病例333例，其中HIV感染者269人，发病死亡者28人。目前，该市艾滋病疫情呈上升趋势，传播途径以注射吸毒传播为主，年龄组从青壮年逐渐向较高年龄组扩散，既往发现的HIV感染者也逐渐进入艾滋病发病和死亡高峰期。针对这种情况，英德积极开展艾滋病防治宣传，组织好戒毒所吸毒人群哨点监测，及时做好艾滋病病例随访工作。
省督导组希望英德加大对艾滋病防治经费的投入，各职能部门加强合作，针对疫情出现的新特点采取新的工作思路，加强宣传教育工作，规范性病治疗，加强艾滋病专业防治队伍的建设，结合地方实际情况，制定和实施防治工作计划，全面推进全市艾滋病防治工作。
