重大传染病病人 生活救助有保障

对重大传染病病人实施生活救助，是芜湖市2010年实施的又一项关注特殊市民群体的民生工程。
芜湖市民政局局长杨少华向记者介绍，目前，芜湖市对生活困难的重大传染病病人及其家属实施生活救助的制度。目前纳入救助的对象主要是艾滋病病人、艾滋病病毒感染者及其家庭成员，肺结核病患者及其家庭成员。
据悉，该项制度的具体实施内容为：因艾滋病导致劳动能力丧失的特困艾滋病病人及艾滋病病毒感染者，按照每人每月150元的标准给予补助；因艾滋病导致父母双亡的孤儿，按照每人每月150元的标准给予补助；因艾滋病导致父母一方亡故的子女，按照每人每月100元的标准给予补助；感染艾滋病病毒的儿童，按照每人每月200元的标准给予补助；因艾滋病导致子女亡故且无其他人赡养的60岁以上的老人，按照每人每月150元的标准给予补助。对因患肺结核病导致生活苦难的患者，按照每人每月100元的标准给予补助。
