美国药管局批准艾滋病检测试剂盒 可早确诊病情

   　美国食品和药物管理局(FDA)近日批准了雅培研发的革命性艾滋病诊断工具，ARCHITECTHIV Ag/Ab Combo检验试剂盒。它将帮助医生更早确诊艾滋病患者。

　　该检测试剂盒能同时检测HIV抗原和抗体。HIV抗原是感染HIV病毒后立即产生的蛋白质，抗体则在人体感染病毒一段时间后，机体为抵御病毒而产生。研究证明，这种新型诊断试剂盒能更早的检测出HIV病毒。

　　机体在感染病毒后短时间内是最具传染性的，尽可能早地确诊对于拯救生命具有重大意义。相当一部分新感染HIV病毒的病人是被未获得诊断的急性HIV感染者传染，所以更早地诊断可以减少高危传染行为，同时也可以尽早开始抗感染治疗。

　　据悉，这一新型诊断试剂盒在欧洲也已获得了批准并得到广泛应用，成为公众常规体检项目。英国的艾滋病病毒诊断指南明确推荐临床医生将这种检测作为一线检测方法。据《信息时报》

上半年广西出入境人员检出6例艾滋病毒携带者

　　广西新闻网讯（记者 冯耀华）记者从广西出入境检验检疫局国际旅行卫生保健中心了解到，去年广西出入境人员中检出艾滋病病毒携带者18例，检出比例居全国第二，仅次于云南省。今年上半年，在出入境人员中共检出艾滋病病毒携带者6人。
 

　　据了解，在国外居住满三个月以上的回国人员，出国经商、求学、旅行人员都必须到广西出入境检验检疫局国际旅行卫生保健中心接受体检。2009年，广西出入境人员达606万人次，其中广西出入境检验检疫局国际旅行卫生保健中心共对10896出入境人员进行体检，对10397人进行监测，检出艾滋病病毒携带者18例。在这些被检出艾滋病病毒携带者中，主要集中在外国留学生、外国劳务人员和出入境游客当中。今年上半年，该中心共体检出入境人员近6000人 ，检出艾滋病病毒携带者6人，检出率将近1％。
