丈夫疑自己患艾滋病 “发疯”用针扎妻子

广西新闻网讯（记者 卢荻） 9月19日晚9时许，家住南宁市滨湖路的李女士和丈夫发生口角后，丈夫竟然用一次性针管抽出自己的血后，朝李女士的手臂扎去。9月20日上午，悲愤不已的李女士在母亲陪同下到辖区派出所报案。
据了解，今年30岁的李女士和丈夫结婚已有3年。丈夫在外做生意，挣了一些钱，又喜欢在外寻花问柳，经常不回家。为此，李女士和丈夫感情非常淡漠，李女士曾向丈夫提出离婚，但丈夫不同意，李女士只能默默忍受着。今年初，李女士发现自己怀孕了，为了让准备出生的孩子有一个完整的家庭，李女士决定好好跟丈夫生活下去。没想到，今年7月份，丈夫突然怀疑自己患了艾滋病后，性情更加喜怒无常。
9月19日晚上9时许，已有很多天不回家的丈夫从外面回来后，李女士忍不住说了丈夫两句，结果两人发生激烈的口角。在争吵中，丈夫不知从哪里找出一个一次性针管，从自己身上抽出血液后朝李女士身上狠狠扎去，嘴巴里一边说：“反正我也活不长了，我要把艾滋病传播给你……”尽管李女士四处躲避，但还是被针管扎中了左手臂。看到丈夫像发了疯一样，受到惊吓的李女士连夜跑回娘家躲避。
20日上午，李女士在母亲的陪同下，到辖区派出所要求备案。李女士表示，虽然她对丈夫的行为感到很悲愤，但她希望丈夫没有患上艾滋病。因此，李女士只要求公安机关备案，暂时不用立案。李女士说，她回去动员丈夫去医院检查，等确诊是否患有艾滋病后，再决定是否要求公安机关立案，并介入调查。
