医疗机构和药企要努力降低艾滋病医疗费和药价

    　据新华社讯 9月22日，国务院总理温家宝在联合国千年发展目标与艾滋病讨论会上发表讲话，指出全球医疗机构和医药企业要努力降低艾滋病医疗费用和药品价格。

　　温家宝说，中国政府高度重视艾滋病防治工作。目前，中国艾滋病快速蔓延的势头基本得到遏制，病死率显著降低，感染者和病人的生活质量明显改善。中国有信心在2015年实现艾滋病防治领域的千年发展目标。

　　温家宝表示，抗击艾滋病是全人类共同的责任。世界卫生组织、联合国艾滋病规划署和全球抗击艾滋病、结核病和疟疾基金等国际机构，应加强协调，多方筹资，发挥专业优势，协助发展中国家特别是撒哈拉以南非洲国家，做好艾滋病防治工作。国际社会要加强艾滋病领域的科研合作和攻关，加强艾滋病疫苗和抗病毒药物研发，进一步优化治疗方案。全球医疗机构和医药企业要切实承担起应尽的社会责任，努力降低艾滋病医疗费用和药品价格，适当放松艾滋病药品和医疗技术的知识产权保护，让全球艾滋病病人能够获得廉价、便利、有效的防治。

World Health Organization, UNAIDS and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and other international organizations, should strengthen coordination, multi-party financing, to play professional advantage, helping developing countries, particularly sub-Saharan Africa, AIDS prevention and control work. The international community should strengthen cooperation in scientific research and AIDS research, strengthen research and development of AIDS vaccines and antiviral drugs, and further optimize the treatment. Medical institutions and pharmaceutical companies worldwide to effectively fulfill social responsibility, efforts to reduce AIDS drug prices and medical costs, the appropriate relaxation of AIDS drugs and medical technology, intellectual property protection, so that access to cheap AIDS patients worldwide, convenient, and effective prevention and treatment .

济南市槐荫区举行宣传艾滋全国科普日活动

　　为提高广大民众的艾滋病知识知晓率和预防艾滋病的防范意识，近日，在济南市槐荫广场举行了由槐荫区科协、槐荫区卫生局、区文明办等多部门联合举办的“提高公众科学素质，加快建设新槐荫”的全国科普日宣传活动。

　　社区群众、各办镇和有关部门通过文艺演出、有奖竞答等多种形式，宣扬科普知识，特别是艾滋病防治知识。并在全区设立了14个社区科普站，宣传科普知识，增加了艾滋病宣传阵地。各办镇和有关部门现场向参加活动的社区居民和过往群众进行了艾滋病知识宣传，共发放艾滋病宣传书籍、小册子和明白纸等2000余份，安全套1000余只。
