As a manager, I do believe one can do nothing sucessfully without the joint efforts of one team.And I am sure that the common goal recognized by all really makes the team more powerful and competitive than any others,team is a united group supporting one anther and coordinating all relations,communicating information freely and easily effeiciently,both inner and outer of the team.

Instead of only a crowd of people simplely working together,team members can not do anything more effectively than cooperate with each other automatically,and that must become the nature habitts of everyone.

 Make others great is the spirit of the team, helping others is helping yrself,including the team leader, who must try it best to build a partner relation in a equal view,not standing higher position, that differiates the leading levels of managers.

To be consciencious and with of good will, correct belief in yr heart, you will get a powerful team,which grows day by day,year in year out,and you can enjoy yrself for its contributions.

 No pains, No gains,dedicate yrself in building yr team, and it is a challenge but meanning!
