全国妇联权益部部长：发挥家庭工作优势做好艾滋病感染者和携带者的关爱、帮扶工作

新华网北京９月７日电（记者李菲）全国妇联权益部部长蒋月娥７日说，各级妇联维权干部要进一步提高认识，把消除对艾滋病感染者和患者的侮辱和歧视作为维权与维稳的一项重要工作内容来抓，用维权工作的渠道和载体，发挥家庭工作的优势，努力配合政府部门做好艾滋病感染者和携带者的关爱和帮扶工作。
蒋月娥是在７日召开的“加强妇联维权干部能力建设，以消除对艾滋病病毒感染者和携带者的侮辱和歧视”项目国家级研讨会上作如上表述的。
研讨会上，河南、广西、湖北等省（区）妇联和云南省澜沧县妇联分享了本地在艾滋病防控工作中的经验。中国社会科学院新闻与传播研究所教授卜卫、国艾办政策协调部主任陈清锋、中华女子学院社工系教授杨静和联合国妇女发展基金中国项目官员茱莉亚等为参会人员作了有关社会性别与艾滋病关系的专题讲座。
与会者一致认为，艾滋病病毒感染者和携带者受侮辱和歧视的根源在于恐惧和偏见；消除对艾滋病病毒感染者和携带者的侮辱和歧视是一个复杂的社会问题；女性艾滋病病毒感染者和携带者应该得到更多的关注。
本次研讨会是“加强妇联维权干部能力建设，以消除对艾滋病病毒感染者和携带者的侮辱和歧视”项目的重要组成部分。由全国妇联权益部、国际部和法律帮助中心联合举办。
