落马副县长否认患多种性病传言
2011年10月01日10:50来源：广西新闻网-当代生活报 本报讯 9月29日日，贵州丹寨县法院继续公开开庭审理三穗县原副县长杨昌明受贿案。庭审中，控辩双方展开了激烈的争辩。杨昌明也对在网络上被炒得沸沸扬扬的“艾滋病传言”进行了回应。他说，自己被人整了。
9月29日上午8时40分，庭审继续进行。
进入举证阶段，公诉机关当庭出示了多份证据证实杨昌明受贿或者主动索贿，其中有证人证言、有杨昌明本人的供述、还有办案人员的调查笔录等。对当天出示的所有证据，杨昌明均提出了异议，包括自己的供述，当庭翻供。
前不久，网上热传杨昌明身患艾滋病。杨昌明在自我辩护中对此事作了回应。“有人在用阴谋诡计整我，他们为了达到某种目的而对我进行诬陷。”杨昌明说，在案发前，从江县长一职出现空缺，有人为减少竞争对手，才对他下了“狠招”。“其实，我什么病也没有，我要求有关部门介入调查，查明真相，还我清白。”杨昌明说。
而他的辩护律师在庭审结束后表示，艾滋病的传言对杨昌明造成了极大的伤害，也使他的亲人承受了巨大的精神压力和舆论压力。“此事非同小可，随后我们将要起诉相关的媒体以及散布谣言的人。”律师说。
据了解，“患艾滋病之说”被热炒至今，尚未有部门作出回应，使得杨昌明是否患病的问题变得扑朔迷离。
9月29日的庭审结束之后，记者返回凯里走访了相关部门，试图让此事有个定论。
此前，有媒体报道援引了某检察官的话称“杨昌明不止一种性病”。就此，黔东南州检察院有关人士说，这是胡编乱造，目的是为吸引读者和网民眼球。
黔东南州卫生局的一位副局长则告诉记者，杨昌明患病之说在网络上出现之后，省、州卫生部门很重视，立即展开了调查。查明的结果是在呈阳性的人员名单中，没有发现“杨昌明”这个姓名。而在对检测过的人群进行筛查时，姓名叫“杨昌明”的有两人，但他们的身份、职务、年龄、所在地点等均与此杨昌明的有很大差别。
9月29日，参与旁听的杨昌明的妻子吴玉美告诉记者，她和杨于1997年结婚，婚后至今感情一直很稳定。对于此前杨昌明是“艾滋副县长”、“与三十多位女性有染”等传闻，她予以否认，表示这些都系捏造。
