计划筹建中医药防治艾滋病联盟

本报讯 （记者向 佳）近日，在新疆伊宁市召开的中医药防治艾滋病科研工作座谈会上，来自新疆、河南、广东、广西、四川、云南、北京等艾滋病高流行地区的中医药管理部门、中医防治艾滋病科研单位、传染病医院等机构的领导及科研人员交流了各省中医药艾滋病科研情况，讨论了中医药防治艾滋病科研联盟筹建工作，并为国家中医药管理局今后一段时期开展中医药防治艾滋病科研工作理清了思路。国家中医药管理局副局长李大宁出席会议。
成立中医药防治艾滋病科研联盟是国家中医药管理局提出的一项重大决策。与会代表就艾滋病联盟的组成、艾滋病联盟的任务和作用、艾滋病联盟的运行、艾滋病联盟的保障等议题广泛交换了意见，为该联盟的筹建奠定了初步的基础。
在充分听取中医药艾滋病防治、科研情况汇报后，李大宁提出，首先，要认真总结各地经验和成绩，提炼好的思路，寻找关键技术突破；其次，中医艾滋病科研重在思想转变、方法改进。一是定位要准确，以临床科研为主，带动基础研究、药物研发、疗效评价、标准化研究等；二是建立艾滋病防治研究的中国模式，中西医两种医学可以在艾滋病防治研究中扬其所长，相互补充，发挥中医药的特色和优势补充现代医学之不足，围绕现代医学的难点，选择中医研究切入点，以举国体制的理念进行艾滋病中医的顶层设计和组织工作；三是充分发挥各地防治艾滋病机构和队伍的特点和优势，在科研设计、研究方向、核心机构、传染病院等方面协调分工，主次分明联合工作；四是按照出成果、出精品的要求，增强中医艾滋病研究在国内国际的影响力，探索总结方法、提高国际认可度。
