我国新增艾滋病逾八成通过性途径传播

在日前举行的2011年全国报刊媒体禁毒防艾宣传培训工作会议上，中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心主任吴尊友表示，我国艾滋病疫情总体上保持了0.058%的低流行态势，但疫情依然呈上升趋势，估计现存活的艾滋病病毒感染者人数仍在增加。
根据卫生部的统计，截至2011年9月底，中国累计报告的艾滋病病毒感染者和病人为42.9万例。加上未发现、未报告的病例，吴尊友估计全国现存艾滋病病毒感染者和病人可达78万例，和2009年相比增加了4万人，但新发感染人数稳定在较低水平，与2009年的4.8万这一数字持平。
据统计，自2005年至今，我国注射毒品传播和经血液途径传播艾滋病的比例在逐年下降，性传播比例则持续攀升。在2011年全国估计现存活的艾滋病病毒感染者和病人中，63.9%是通过性途径传播的。其中，同性间性传播比例飙升，达到17.4%，且50岁以上群体、学生群体在报告中所占比例上升，是其新特点。“在今年4.8万新发感染者中，这两个数字更高，分别为81.6%和29.4%。”
“此外，近年来我国受艾滋病影响的人群增多、艾滋病流行形势复杂化，也给防治艾滋病提出了新挑战。”吴尊友表示，当前我国各防艾部门正在采取措施，“我们的目标是力争在2015年，将艾滋病病毒感染人数控制在120万左右，新发感染数较2010年下降25%，死亡率较2010年下降30%。”(记者王梦婕)
