吉林省卫生厅继续加强艾滋病、性病、丙型病毒性肝炎防治工作

今年，吉林省进一步完善艾滋病防治工作机制，全面落实艾滋病防治政策和防治措施。
重点加大社区、农村地区、流动人口的艾滋病防治工作力度，积极探索引导大型企业参与流动人口艾滋病防治工作。
继续扩大高危人群干预覆盖面，加大对低档暗娼的干预力度，尤其要拓展男男同性恋人群的干预范围，积极探索对男男同性恋人群有效干预模式。
推进安全套使用推广工作。进一步做好美沙酮社区维持治疗工作，提高门诊量、保持率、覆盖率，达到国家要求水平。
全面加强艾滋病、性病和丙型肝炎监测工作，充分发挥国家和省级哨点作用，将丙型肝炎病毒监测纳入艾滋病哨点工作内容。继续做好艾滋病免费自愿咨询检测服务，落实自愿咨询检测各项工作任务。进一步加强艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人的救治救助工作力度，掌握艾滋病病人和病毒感染者的基本信息，做好随访管理工作，规范抗病毒治疗，提高服药依从性，延长病人寿命。深入开展艾滋病防治知识宣传教育，重点做好各级党政领导干部艾滋病防治政策宣讲和对流动人口、农民工、大学生等重点人群的宣传工作。扎实推进国家新一轮艾滋病综合示范区工作，在完成示范区各项工作指标基础上，探索在全省推广示范区工作新经验。继续推进《吉林省艾滋病防治条例》立法工作。着重落实重点地区丙型肝炎筛查和干预工作，探索丙型肝炎综合防治模式。
