大学生感染艾滋率飙升 安全性行为教育需加强

相关数据表明：截至2010年10月底，中国已累计报告艾滋病感染者37万多例，大学生感染者逐年增加。当前，中国艾滋病防控形势十分严峻。一个重要特点是艾滋病的蔓延和扩散由高危人群快速转向普通人群，其中相当一部分为青年学生群体。
在微博中键入“HIV”搜索相关用户，会发现大量的艾滋病毒携带者，他们当中以“80后”、“90后”的青少年群体为主，其中在校大学生占据了相当的比例。、
记者从小张(化名)的微博中看到，从最初等待检测结果的忐忑不安到确诊后的绝望彷徨再到调整心态决定活好每一天，他始终坚持在微博上记录着自己的生活。截止到记者发稿时，他的微博已拥有2175个粉丝，同时他表示在互联网上收获到了更温馨、更诚挚的关怀与祝福。
“爱滋病的初期症状是什么？”，“使用安全套可以预防艾滋病吗？”这样的问题不断的出现在小张的微博中。从网友们的提问中，可以看到大家对艾滋病预防知识的缺乏。
青年学生正处于生理和心理发生巨大变化的时期，同时也处于学习知识、树立良好行为习惯的最佳阶段，因此在大学校园内推行预防艾滋病工作显得尤为重要。只有让当今大学生正确认识艾滋病，才能真正做到有效预防艾滋病，从而提高整个社会对艾滋病患者的关爱。
对此，全国政协委员、中国中医科学院中医药防治艾滋病研究中心常务副主任王健提交了《关于进一步加强在校大学生安全性行为教育的建议》的提案。他建议有关部门、特别是教育主管部门应该高度关注这一新的动态，加强在大学生(特别是新生)中进行安全性行为教育的宣传，采取相应措施，防止艾滋病在大学生中的传播。
王健委员特别提出了几点具体措施，其中包括在新生入学教育中加入安全性健康教育课程，提高学生的性传播疾病防范意识和能力；针对同性性取向者建立公益性同性恋组织，正确引导学生，提高大家安全性健康意识和水平；利用校团委、学生会等组织进行反歧视宣传倡导，进行反歧视宣传讲座、参加艾滋病志愿者社团活动；对高校区的网吧、酒吧、KTV加强管理和引导，加大此类场所的艾滋病宣传力度；定期组织高校志愿者在此进行相关活动，如：节目表演、发放宣传资料、开设讲座等；提高发放安全套的质量，便于有需求的学生获取。
