云南艾滋病病毒感染者和病人估计超过9万

人民网昆明3月17日电 （记者 徐元锋）记者17日从云南省有关部门获悉，由于艾滋病毒感染者基数大，云南省防控二代传播的工作任务繁重，报告艾滋病感染者总数仍超过全国的五分之一，估计艾滋病病毒感染者和病人已超过9万。同时，全省艾滋病流行地区差异大，五个州市为高度流行区，其余为中度流行区。
据介绍，性传播已成为云南主要的传播途径之一，流动人口应对艾滋病能力仍然十分脆弱。
通过两轮禁毒防艾人民战争的深入开展，云南省在防艾工作中的几项重要指标都处于全国领先。2010年年初，在全国艾滋病防治工作年会上，云南省获得了艾滋病病毒感染者和病人个案流调、感染者管理、实验室网络建设、抗病毒治疗等四个奖项。2010年12月，全国滥用阿片类物质成瘾者社区药物维持治疗工作总结表彰会上，国家防艾办又授予云南省社区药物维持治疗优秀省级工作组奖。云南省成为全国惟一一个拥有上述所有奖项的省，曾经的艾滋病重灾区已成为全国艾滋病综合防治的示范区。
