香港艾滋病新个案跌1% “断背”中招年轻化

中新网3月2日电 据香港文汇报报道，香港感染艾滋病病毒人数持续减少。香港卫生署1日公布，去年呈报的艾滋病病毒新感染个案为389宗，按年微跌1%，当中近70%透过性接触传染。
香港卫生署表示，感染个案虽然下跌，但透过男男性接触感染的个案有年轻化趋势，而近年在内地感染艾滋病病毒比例亦有所上升，香港会与内地有关方面加强联系，推广及宣传安全性行为。
香港卫生署表示，去年呈报的389宗艾滋病病毒新感染个案中，161人是透过同性或双性性接触感染，111人为异性性接触感染，15名为注射毒品人士及3名透过母婴传播感染，另99名感染者的传播途径因资料不足暂时未能确定。若只计算去年第4季，香港则新增102宗艾滋病病毒感染个案，而去年第4季内共有14宗新艾滋病个案，全年累积个案达有79宗，较09年增加3宗。自1984年以来，香港艾滋病病毒感染报告已累积至4,832宗。
香港卫生署卫生防护中心顾问医生黄加庆说，男男性接触感染的个案继续有年轻化趋势，卫生署会研究当中原因，并会加强宣传教育，提高有关人士的安全意识。他表示，在没有接受治疗的情况下，约半数艾滋病病毒感染者会于10年内发病，成为艾滋病患者，呼吁曾进行不安全性行为的人士，应及早接受艾滋病病毒抗体测试。
