美一男子因接受肾移植手术感染艾滋病病毒

新华网洛杉矶３月１７日电（记者高原）美国疾病控制和预防中心１７日宣布，美国纽约一名男士在接受活体肾移植手术后被传染上艾滋病病毒，这是自上世纪８０年代美国出现首例艾滋病病例后首次报告此类病例。
美国疾控中心在一项声明中说，艾滋病病毒通过器官移植传播的现象非常罕见，这表明美国医疗机构尚没有采取严格有效的措施，以确保接受人体器官移植手术的安全性。
声明说，此次事件中的肾脏捐献者在２００９年接受移植手术前曾接受艾滋病病毒检测，但没有发现异常。研究人员认为，这名男子是在接受检测后到手术前的１１星期内感染艾滋病病毒的。
这名捐献者后来承认，他在接受艾滋病病毒检测后，与另一名男子曾有过未加保护的性行为，但直到手术１年后，他才知道自己感染了艾滋病病毒。
负责调查这起事件的美国疾控中心官员马修·库纳特表示，目前尚不清楚全美究竟有多少人因器官移植而感染艾滋病病毒，有关部门应该加强这方面的监控。
此前，美国曾报告通过死体器官移植手术传播艾滋病病毒的病例。美国疾控中心建议，应对器官捐献者进行更严格的艾滋病病毒检测，并且检测应该在手术前１星期内进行。

The United States a man who received a kidney transplant infected with HIV
