中国一代艾滋病疫苗进入二期试验 将启动三代研发

根据艾滋病5年的变化情况，疾控部门将“多管齐下”研发相关疫苗。3月5日，政协小组讨论会间隙，中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心病毒与免疫研究室主任、艾滋病首席专家邵一鸣接受采访时表示，目前，其已着手启动第二代和第三代疫苗的申报试验工作。同时，一代艾滋病疫苗在顺利通过一期试验后，也将于近期申报进行二期试验。
邵一鸣透露，目前，已经在准备第二代艾滋病疫苗的一期研制工作，今后还将启动第三代疫苗的研发。“第一代疫苗是基于十年前我们对病毒的了解而设计的，第二代则是5年前我们对该疾病的认识而研发的，正在研究的第三代艾滋病疫苗则是建立在目前对该疾病的认识基础上。”
他表示，二代和三代疫苗都在平行进展。二代最早有望于今年年底和明年上半年进入试验。
