调查显示60%左右的艾滋病患者初期不会出现艾滋病初期症状，或者是出现轻微的症状不能够发现。
艾滋病初期有什么症状呢？
HIV侵袭人体后对机体的刺激所引起的反应。病人发热、皮疹、淋巴结肿大、还会发生乏力、出汗、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、咽炎等。
可能症状一：明显消瘦、严重营养不良，贫血严重，白细胞、血小板或全血细胞减少。
可能症状二：长期腹泻，神经系统的损伤引起智力下降、反应迟钝、抑郁、忧虑、类妄想狂精神病或痴呆。
可能症状三：心血管系统的损伤引起心动过速、心脏增大、充血性心力衰竭。
可能症状四：肾功能的损伤可引起间质性肾炎和肾小管坏死，出现蛋白尿、少尿、高度水肿、氮质血症及肾功能衰竭。
可能症状五：肌肉骨骼系统的损伤可引起游走性关节炎、关节疼痛和关节腔积液，酷似风湿性关节炎，抗风湿治疗效果不佳，亦可表现有多发性肌炎，肌肉明显压痛及活动障碍，肌肉活检呈坏死性肌炎。
可能症状六：内分泌系统的损伤可出现肾上腺功能不全和低肾素血症、低血压、持续性低血钠和高血钾、甲状腺功能低下、糖尿病和肾上腺危象等。

但是这些症状都是平时出现的疾病类型，不能够作为一个感染艾滋病的判断标准。
如何正确判断是否感染艾滋病？
北京防艾网（www.nohiv.org ）告诉你：当接触高危人群之后，建议在2-6周内做艾滋病检测。艾滋病病毒从感染后开始体内最开始是出现艾滋病抗原，2周到达一个高峰值。
2周之后体内艾滋病抗原逐渐减少，抗体逐渐增加，4-6周是艾滋病抗体的高峰值。这个时候用金标快速法或者是酶免方法都可以检测出来是否感染艾滋病。
所以建议高危人群不要在发生高危行为后在担忧艾滋病初期症状，而是在2-6周内做科学的艾滋病检测，以便于了解自身的身体健康状况！
