去年石市5000人咨询艾滋病 八成患艾滋恐惧症

在石家庄市疾控中心的咨询者中，70%至80%患上“艾滋病恐惧症”，专家称男性白领更易患恐惧症
燕赵都市网讯(记者刘伟)记者3月3日从石家庄市疾病预防控制中心获悉，去年全年，该中心艾滋病自愿咨询检测门诊共接诊5000余人次，并为其中的1247人提供了免费艾滋病检测服务。在所有的求询者中，有70%—80%为艾滋病恐惧症。
专家对前来咨询的人群进行分析发现，男性白领更容易患上恐惧症，一旦发生高危行为，他们经常产生矛盾感、羞耻感、负罪感。同时他们对艾滋病有一定程度的了解，高危行为发生后更是会通过网络、书籍等途径去查询艾滋病有关知识，这样会对艾滋病知识一知半解，心理素质差的人更容易患上艾滋病恐惧症。
市疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病防治所所长刘淑君表示，从艾滋病病毒进入人体血液，到人体产生艾滋病抗体，并能用目前的检测方法检查出艾滋病抗体之前的这段时期，称为窗口期。窗口期通常为2周至3个月。但很多艾滋病恐惧症者，常常在窗口期过后还不能走出阴影，怀疑是检测方法不够先进，感染了艾滋病毒不能检出。对此，刘淑君说，艾滋病的诊断就是依据血液HIV抗体检测结果，任何症状都不能作为艾滋病诊断得依据，请不要随便与艾滋病症状对号入座。“有一位求询者最关心的问题，就是在发生了一次高危行为后感染艾滋病的概率有多大。实际上虽然概率并不高，但是概率也像症状一样对个体没有什么价值，概率是医学上用来研究一个群体的，对个体而言没有参考意义，个体的概率只能是0%或100%。”
在提醒相关人群远离高危行为的同时，刘淑君表示，发生高危行为后要不要接受一次HIV抗体检测，这完全遵循自愿的原则。有过高危行为的群体积极的检测一次还是很有必要的，因为艾滋病是通过性途径、血液途径、母婴传播这三个途径传播的，这就决定了某些人群更容易染上艾滋病病毒，也就是通常所说的高危人群。目前，二级以上医疗机构均可提供艾滋病检测服务，另外，市、县两级疾病预防控制中心可以为有过高危行为的人员，提供免费咨询和艾滋病病毒抗体检测。
