    本报讯（记者王维维）昨天，卫生部公布今年3月全国法定报告传染病疫情。报告显示，死亡数居前5位的传染病病种依次为艾滋病、肺结核、狂犬病、乙型肝炎、流行性出血热，其中艾滋病单病种发病人数为3551人，3月底死亡人数为1059人。
    据卫生部公布，今年3月全国甲类传染病无发病、死亡病例报告。乙类传染病中，报告发病数居前5位的病种为：病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、痢疾和淋病，占乙类传染病报告发病总数的95%；报告死亡数居前5位的病种为：艾滋病、肺结核、狂犬病、乙型肝炎、流行性出血热，占乙类传染病报告死亡总数的97％。
    3月全国共报告丙类传染病发病114761例，死亡12人。除丝虫病无发病、死亡病例报告外，其他10种丙类传染病均有报告。

    March the country reported a total of 114,761 cases of Class C infectious diseases, the death of 12 people. In addition to filariasis without morbidity, mortality, case reports, the other 10 kinds of Class C infectious diseases were reported.

　　中新网长沙4月12日电 (刘柱姚家琦)湖南省卫生厅12日通报，湖南3月份报告乙类传染病17种17569例，死亡51例，死亡病种居前三位的是艾滋病33例、肺结核8例、狂犬病5例，占报告死亡病例总数的90.20%。

　　通报称，湖南3月份确诊甲型H1N1流感病例166例，比上月增加33.87%，有1例死亡病例；报告手足口病例2138例，无重症和死亡病例，病例数比上月增加234.06%；报告狂犬病病例3例，死亡5例，病例数比上月减少40%；报告麻疹病例14例，无死亡病例，病例数比上月增加11例。

　　卫生专家提醒，目前仍是流感、流行性腮腺炎等呼吸道传染病流行季节，尤其是近期手足口病预警比较频繁，要密切关注小学、托幼机构等重点场所、重点人群的疫情动态，及早发现聚集性病例和暴发疫情的苗头，做好预防控制工作。
