大庆仨月新增9名艾滋病感染者

东北网4月14日讯 作为人类至今无法治愈的“超级癌症”，艾滋病，显然让人们谈及色变，一个不容忽视的现象是，近年来，大庆市的艾滋病感染人群在不断扩大。
昨日，记者从市疾控中心获悉：自2001年大庆市发现第一例艾滋病感染者以来，截至目前，大庆市的艾滋病感染者已经增加到80多人，仅今年第一季度就新增9人。
这9人都是20岁-40岁的青壮年，其中有1名女性、8名男性。
这8名男性，大多是男同性恋者。
艾滋病患者逐年增加
不久前，大庆市一名孕妇在医院做产前检查时，偶然发现艾滋病病毒抗体检测竟然呈阳性，随后，其丈夫也到医院进行了检查，结果很不幸，夫妻俩双双感染了艾滋病。
据市疾控中心艾滋病防治科科长唐煜辉介绍，大庆市艾滋病感染者的人数逐年上升，但在2007年年底前，增长速度一直比较缓慢，每年也就发现3-5例。
从2008年开始，感染人数增长加快，每年增长的人数都要以两位数来计算。去年，大庆市艾滋病感染者新增26人。今年头3个月，大庆市就发现9名艾滋病感染者，他们都是20岁-40岁的青壮年，1名女性，8名男性。这8名男性多数为男同性恋者，其中已有一人死亡。
70%是男同性恋者
记者在采访中了解到，性接触、血液接触、母婴(围产期)是传播艾滋病的主要途径，但大庆市发现的艾滋病感染者，全都是通过性接触感染的。
唐煜辉说，大庆市艾滋病感染人群70%是男同性恋者。由于生物医学及性行为方式等原因，男同性恋者之间艾滋病传染的几率，高于其他人群。
大庆市年龄最大的艾滋病感染者65岁，最小的只有20岁。20岁-40岁的青壮年占了绝大多数，近年来，60岁-70岁高年龄组人群感染数有所上升。
感染者向一般人群扩散
随着艾滋病感染人数的逐年增多，另一个趋势也需要引起注意，近年，大庆市艾滋病病毒感染者，开始由高危人群向一般人群扩散。
今年1月末，一名孕妇在产前检查时，发现艾滋病病毒抗体检测竟然呈阳性，大为震惊。
医生介绍说，感染了艾滋病病毒的妇女，可以通过妊娠、分娩和哺乳把艾滋病病毒传染给胎儿或婴儿，母婴传播的自然发生率高达30%。
但是，如果在孩子出生后6-12小时内，做合理的阻断，并采取人工喂养的方式，孩子感染艾滋病病毒的风险就会由30%降至2%以下。进行母婴阻断的第42天即可采血检测，没有感染艾滋病病毒，抗体检测呈阴性。
医生说，母婴阻断初检结果如果呈阴性，那么18个月后再次检测呈阴性的可能性非常大。
虽然对婴幼儿感染艾滋病有一定的阻断办法，但大庆市的艾滋病感染由高危人群向一般人群扩散已是不争的事实。
政府提供免费药物
记者了解到，近年来，为了防控艾滋病，大庆市相关部门没少投入，不但建立了10个艾滋病免费检测点，还免费为艾滋病感染者进行抗病毒药物治疗。
然而从实际情况看，虽然近两年走进检测点主动检测的人数有所增加，但很多人还是存在顾虑。
今年发现的9名艾滋病感染者，只有1人是通过主动检测发现的。
“许多人对我们的关怀政策有误解。其实，我们只是对艾滋病感染者进行关怀和救助，给予他们免费药物治疗，对其定期随访，对病情进行追踪，咨询、检测、治疗都是‘秘密’进行的。对于感染者的任何个人信息，我们都守口如瓶，更不会干预他们的生活方式，限制他们的人身自由。”唐煜辉说，目前大庆市采用的免费治疗药物，对于维持免疫系统功能、提高免疫细胞的免疫功能十分有效，能够延缓艾滋病发病。
大庆市设10个免费检测点
据介绍，目前，大庆市正在实行“四免一关怀”政策，即对艾滋病实行自愿免费血液初筛检测；对农民和城镇经济困难人群中的患者，实行免费抗病毒治疗；对患者遗孤实行免费就学；对孕妇实施免费艾滋病咨询、筛查和抗病毒药物治疗；将生活困难的艾滋病患者及其家庭纳入政府救助范围。
市疾控中心及五区四县疾控中心都设有艾滋病免费咨询检测点，市民可就近免费检测，也可拨打电话进行免费咨询。
