艾滋病检测试纸（hiv试纸）全血与血清有什么不同（图）？

在艾滋病检测试纸的说明书上，检测样本处一般会标出全血和血清，那么，艾滋病试纸全血检测与血清做艾滋病检测有什么不同呢？
首先来大至的了解一下血液与血清的区别。血液很好理解，当我们刺破手指，流出来的就是全血，将全血进行离心运动(类似洗衣机甩衣服一样)，血细胞就会沉降，这时上层淡黄色清液为全血，将全血中的纤维蛋白除去，就得到了血清。

如果感染了艾滋病，全血和血清中，都含有艾滋病抗体，都可用来做艾滋病检测，但超过30分钟后读取结果时，会有一些差别，具体情况如下：
当样本(全血或血清)滴入试纸的样本采集区后，在试纸内，样本会向检测区扩散，但血红蛋白的扩散速度要慢一些，艾滋病抗体会先行到达检测区，使检测区显示出一条红色的横线。
如果检测样本为全血，30分钟后，血红蛋白也到达了hiv试纸检测区，由于血红蛋白也是红色，会给检测结果带来一点混淆，但还是可以分辨出来。艾滋病抗体显示的是红色横线，而血红蛋白显示的是红色竖线，并且是从采集区延伸至检测区。
