肖文英 记者 万秀兰报道：记者昨日从市妇幼保健院获悉，日前，我市正式启动预防艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母婴传播工作，在孕检中增加免费艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝的检测内容，一旦检测出孕产妇感染这些疾病，将对孕产妇和婴儿采取干预措施，最大限度地减少由母婴传播导致的儿童艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝的发生，改善妇女儿童的生活质量及健康水平。
据了解，项目启动后，医疗机构在接诊来检查的孕妇时，都必须要求说服每位孕妇做免费的艾滋病、梅毒以及乙肝的病毒检测。
按照要求，艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝检测呈阳性的孕产妇和婴儿都将接受免费的干预性治疗。若已感染，孕产妇和婴儿能享受到免费的抗艾滋病病毒药物。患有乙肝的孕妇分娩，新生儿出生24小时内就将进行预防接种。患有梅毒的孕妇分娩，新生儿将会采取抗病毒免费治疗。

As requested, AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis B-positive pregnant women and babies will receive free treatment interventions. Ruoyi infections, maternal and child to enjoy a free anti-HIV drugs. Pregnant women with hepatitis B, within 24 hours of birth will be vaccinated. Syphilis in pregnant women, newborns will be free to take anti-viral treatment.
