今年第一季度市本级的数据显示 嘉兴市新发艾滋病病毒感染者中 男男性接触者占70%以上

本报讯 记者昨天从嘉兴市疾病预防控制中心得到消息：今年第一季度，我市新发现的艾滋病病毒感染者不少，而一个显著的特点是，新发现的感染者中很大一部分是男男性接触者（以下称“MSM”）。
MSM传播感染艾滋病形势严峻
生活中，很多人谈“艾”色变，但是在专家眼里，正常人即使与艾滋病人一起生活、工作都没有问题，目前最应该谈“艾”色变的就是MSM。
“以市本级为例，今年第一季度，在我们新发现的艾滋病病毒感染者中，MSM的比例占到了70%以上！”市疾控部门的专家介绍，“实际上，从2004年我们首次发现MSM阳性感染者和病人后，到2010年，这个占比已经从6.5%上升到了32.5%，形势严峻！”
专家还举例告诉记者，他们曾对MSM人群集中进行过艾滋病筛查和防治宣传，但过了一年多再复查时，有好几个本来是抗体阴性的人也转阳了，转阳率明显高于其他高危人群。
MSM人群存在怎样的困惑
MSM的境遇危险，那么，是什么原因造成了这个局面？
专家介绍，MSM很难有稳定的性伴，但安全套在他们中又很难得到广泛推广。“MSM普遍年龄较轻，他们在生理上正处于性活跃期，同时，他们的性伴‘多而杂’。”专家介绍，“我们曾对232名MSM进行过一次调查，在被问到‘最近一次与男性发生性行为时有无使用安全套’时，32.33%的人回答‘没有’；在被问到‘最近6个月为了钱提供男性性服务时有无使用安全套’时，也有34.62%的人回答‘没有’。另外，有一些MSM还存在双性恋情况，他们在与女性发生性行为时，基本上也不使用安全套。”
专家还提到，相比其他人群，这个人群更加敏感，加上MSM人群的学历相对比较高，他们在面临来自家庭以及社会的种种压力时，活动会特别隐蔽，外人要介入这个圈子十分困难。
需要给予他们理解与宽容
MSM的艾滋病和性病感染情况不容忽视，如何更好地对这个人群进行健康方面的行为干预？专家认为，大众对这个人群的理解和宽容很重要！
专家介绍：“大量的行为科学和神经科学证据早已发现，同性性取向是人类乃至动物界正常的倾向之一。因此，针对这个人群，我们进行干预时应该尊重他们的人格，他们不是病人！大家应该以正确的眼光看待他们，给予他们更多的理解和宽容。”
