惊世病毒——阴滋病 劲过爱滋

传播途径与艾滋病相似的惊世之症「阴性艾滋病」，至今仍病因未明，但其传染途径却远较艾滋病强劲。有患者指自己仅接触别人唾液便感染了神秘病毒，亦有不少患者指家人遭其传染，故相信「阴滋病」除了像艾滋病病毒那样会透过性接触和血液传播外，甚至唾液、飞沫亦可传播，传染力犹如沙士，担心「阴滋病」会作几何级的极速传播。本报记者走访广州及深圳，直击九名病者染上「惊世病毒」的过程、被病魔折磨的苦况以及求医无门的惊恐，他们现时唯一的心愿是希望香港专家可协助早日找出病因，助他们走出神秘病毒的阴霾。
「阴滋病」不但折磨身体，连患者的前途亦摧毁了。○七年，黑龙江人章先生（化名）疑在当地光顾色情场所时「中招」，虽然他没有进行性交易，却被一名突然闯进的妓女用舌头舔了左胸一下，纵使他实时清洗口水，翌日却感冒发高烧，并陆续出现腹泻、牙龈疼痛等病征，并且持续半个月低烧，一个月后身体更出现莫名红点，三个月后患上脑膜炎。他曾在三个月内接受七次艾滋病测试，并进行多项身体检查，均未知病因，饱受病魔困扰，更因此辞去工作，又担心会传染家人而离家独居，接触门柄时会用纸巾，餐具亦会用完即弃。他坦言，感染神秘病毒后不敢想未来，已全无社交生活，全面自我隔离。
坐巴士惨被拮一针中招
外表俊俏的黄先生（化名）来自安徽，○八年在巴士上疑被「针」拮了一下，一星期后开始出现盗汗、恶心、反胃、淋巴肿痛的情况，医生证实他感染幽门螺旋球菌，他一度担心自己感染艾滋病，虽然艾滋病测试呈阴性，但病情始终没有好转，更怀疑已将不明病毒传给妻子、哥哥、嫂嫂，甚至透过汗水或飞沫传染了侄仔，体重一度急跌十五公斤。
接触血液及性爱都传染
「到依家都无一个医学原理解释到呢个病，我都唔知点同家人相处。」育有一子的王先生（化名）去年与女网友发生关系，疑因此受感染，病发后三个月儿子忽然出现皮肤红疹及腹痛，他担心儿子已受感染，所以曾带儿子接受艾滋病测试；四川人柳先生（化名）亦疑因性行为受感染，甚至曾以为自己只剩两年命而企图自杀。
来自上海的林先生（化名），其得病经过完全与性接触无关。○八年林母在医院输血后，相继出现盗汗、手脚麻木及出皮疹等症状，后来他在一次母亲受伤的意外中沾到母亲的血，两周后，林忽然全身淋巴肿大、皮肤出现大块血斑、肌肉有不寻常的虫爬感，半年内体重由一百六十五斤下降至一百零五斤，急剧下降六十斤（约六十六磅）。○九年初，凌晨晕倒在上班的路上，经八次艾滋病的检测均无果，其他检查亦未能查明病症。
只求「不傻不残不死」
来自广西的姜先生（化名）只有廿六岁，他坦言原本生活正常，甚少出入娱乐场所，却因去年七月一次召妓时安全套穿洞，翌日就病发，出现腹肠作响、恶心，其后皮肤出现红疹、四肢乏力、胸口闷、心悸及关节响等。他花上一万元作身体检查亦找不出问题，却疑因同枱食饭将惊世病毒传染给三名同事，现时姜经常手震，只求「不傻、不残、不死」，又透过记者希望求助港大微生物系教授袁国勇，尽快寻找病因。
「阴滋病」受内地相关部门高度关注，中国卫生部疾病预防控制局已展开了解患者病状的工作，部分患者称曾进行高危性行为，北京、上海、浙江、湖南、江苏和广东六省市已接手调查研究。广东省疾控中心艾滋病防治所所长林鹏指出，已成立包括临床医生、精神病学专家、流行病学专家、艾滋病学专家的专家组，上月调查了几名患者，并于日前完成报告，上报国家卫生部。

形同沙士易人传人大爆发
「本报讯」家庭医生关嘉美指，病毒的传播途径一般可分为呼吸、进食及体液交换，其中可以飞沫传播的病毒，易出现人传人的大规模爆发，「好似沙士（SARS）咁，病人咳，啲病毒就散播喺空气，你吸咗就有机会受感染；食咗不洁嘅食物就可能会感染甲型肝炎，而艾滋病就可以透过性接触，体液交换后而受感染。」

陈亦指出，流感、水痘、手足口病等疾病的传染性较高，「传染性高定低要视乎番只病毒，流感同手足口病嘅病毒可透过飞沫传播，水痘就可以透过人与人接触而传播开去，而且只要少少病毒就可以传染畀其他人，所以传染性相对较高。」
网民惊恐：几项病征我都有
「本报讯」「阴滋病」引起网民议论纷纷，由于该病的成因未明，因此大部分网民均感害怕，有网友更声称有相同病征，担心自己已成「阴滋病」患者，而最多网友讨论的是「阴滋病」会否是艾滋病后另一个新世纪绝症。内地有娱乐场所已表明会加强卫生清洁，以防病毒传播。
不少网民均担心「阴滋病」除可经性接触或血液传染外，亦像SARS般可经飞沫传播，其中网民「noelching39」更指若「阴滋病」可经空气传染，将会「死得人多」。有网民则狠批滥交者自作自受，但网民「牛精仔」则表示当年艾滋病刚出现时，亦只有滥交者及同性恋者受感染，但后来却连小朋友亦成为艾滋病病患者，「希望呢只病唔系咁」。有网友则表示「睇完啲病征……睇嚟我都有阴滋病……」亦有网友声称自己「有几项病征我都有！」担心已染上阴滋病。
促当局尽快找出源头
另有网民则希望有关当局尽快找到「阴滋病」的源头，有网民则建议先找医学专家确定「阴滋病」是否存在及具传染性，再决定应否隔离病患者，以防病毒散播。
