椿桦：遭遇性侵的女子 该递套还是亮刀？

防范性侵以及由此带来的伤害，是女同胞的一大旷世难题。最近，华中师大性学副教授彭晓辉似乎在这方面取得了研究成果，他日前在南京师大的一次性学讲座中，语惊四座地提出：“遭遇性侵犯女性应主动递上避孕套”，因为“及时递上避孕套，那是保护女性免受艾滋病等性传播疾病的最后一道屏障。”
语不惊人死不休是当代专家的一个共同特点。但很多时候，这种所谓的前卫观点未必是苦心研究出来的，而很可能是胆子大脸皮厚的结果。我不敢说彭专家的高论属于后者，但可以肯定的是，所谓“遭性侵女性应主动递套”并不是个新鲜的话题，同时这个观点与性学研究关系不大，而同社会治安与卫生防疫的讨论则更接近。
面对质疑，彭专家如此答到：“那么你认为女性在面对歹徒的时候应该以死相拼，做贞洁烈女了？”这个说法颇为咄咄逼人，他等于是给你出了道棘手的选择题：对于强奸犯，是乖乖就范好，还是以死相拼好？这么看来我们要是不支持彭专家的观点，就要背负“草菅人命”的道德责难了！这种似是而非的话语陷阱，还真唬住了一些人，在质疑的声音中的确也有稀稀拉拉的赞同声。这说明，生命与身体健康优先于人格尊严的功利主义思维，还是有一定市场的。
难道我们没有第三种选择么？面对性侵犯，除了套子，是否可以亮出刀子？
我们要晓得，面对性侵，反抗和还击是被侵害人的本能，她们很难做到主动配合。真要是主动递套配合的话，那么这对强奸与通奸的界定就困难了。而且你也很难想象，女人真要是像彭专家所建议的那样，随身带套出门，会是多么荒诞无稽的事儿——带着安全套，随时应付可能发生的性侵？她的男友或丈夫发现其包里始终有个套，会怎么理解？如果包里的套子哪天不见了，又会遭到什么样的对待？
我们当然承认生命与身体健康的重要性。但无论在哪个国家，因为遭遇性侵而选择自杀的女性是为数不少的，这说明即使顺从性侵，也不能确定可以保命，毕竟将人格尊严看得比生命还要重的贞烈之人不在少数。而且更关键的是，反抗并不必然意味着生命危险，如果女性随身带的是刀子，很大程度上会影响歹徒的侵害行为与想法。这是一种威慑，也是法律赋予的正当防卫权利，正因为有反抗和威慑，才使得当下社会的强奸现象是小概率事件。假如依照彭专家的建议，反抗变成顺从，那么可以想见将来的色狼们会是多么地活跃与胆大妄为。
我知道前些年，美国纽约有个相关调查，超过90%的美国男人赞成妻子面对强奸时以保命为先，顺从性侵。但这个调查同样假定了反抗就可能丢命的伪命题，除了说明男人对妻子生命的特殊关爱，并不能证明递安全套配合强奸的正确性。显然，对付强暴，提高女性的反抗能力要比妥协顺从靠谱得多。
