报告称艾滋病仍在广西蔓延 专家吁减少高危行为

5月12日，记者从广西“千堂讲座、万张图片”艾滋病宣传活动启动仪式上获悉，广西艾滋病疫情仍在蔓延，一季度报告的艾滋病感染者和病人超过去年同期。区疾控专家在分析了控制难点后提醒群众，减少艾滋病传染的高危行为，是最有效的预防办法。
据今年全区一季度的艾滋病疫情监测、疫情信息报告与流行病学调查表明，目前广西范围的艾滋病感染者发现较晚的情况较为突出，在报告的感染者和病人中，59.2%是发病后才检出感染艾滋病。80%的感染者和病人经性途径传播，其中20%~30%由性伴侣传染。另外，婚检中发现艾滋病感染者有所上升。
作为普通人，面对艾滋病继续蔓延的情况，我们应该怎么办？自治区疾控中心专家提醒群众，最有效的办法，就是减少艾滋病传染的高危行为，如共用针具吸毒、无保护性行为等。专家同时也指出，目前，共用针具吸毒的行为基本控制住了，母婴垂直传播也能控制住，但性途径传播很难控制。这是人类最隐密的活动，而且有此要求的人，年龄段跨度大，人群多，尤其是外出打工且处于性活跃期的男女。
这位专家同时指出，即使知道艾滋病，很多人也有侥幸心理，一次不安全的性行为，他会认为不会传染，可是他忘了，也有可能感染。同时由于艾滋病病毒的特殊性，在窗口期和潜伏期，感染者健康人一样，外表一点看不出来。只有发病或进行相关检查时，才发现被感染了。而在被发现之前，一个无症状的感染者有可能传染多人。
就此，专家特别建议：男女恋爱时，在发生性行为之前，最好进行体检，包括性病、艾滋病筛查，这样做，不仅是对自己负责，也是对爱人负责。同时，也要杜绝吸毒、卖淫嫖娼等艾滋病传播的高危行为。(记者 徐哲)
