性途径传播的艾滋病如何预防

导读：预防艾滋病首先需要了解艾滋病毒传播途径，三大主要传播途径为性交传播、血液传播和母婴传播，本文重点介绍的是预防经性接触传播的艾滋病。
艾滋病病毒可通过性交传播。生殖器患有性病(如梅毒、淋病、尖锐湿疣)或溃疡时，会增加感染病毒的危险。艾滋病病毒感染者的精液或阴道分泌物中有大量的病毒，通过肛门性交，阴道性交，就会传播病毒。口交传播的机率非常小，除非健康一方口腔内有伤口，或者破裂的地方，艾滋病病毒就可能通过血液或者精液传染。一般来说，接受肛交的人被感染的可能非常大。因为肛门的内部结构比较薄弱，直肠的肠壁较阴道壁更容易破损，精液里面的病毒就可能通过这些小伤口，进入未感染者体内繁殖。这就是为什么男同性恋比女同性恋者更加容易的艾滋病病毒的原因。这也就是为什么在发现艾滋病病毒的早期，被有些人误认为是同性恋特有的疾病。由于现在艾滋病病毒传播到全世界，艾滋病已经不在是同性恋的专有疾病了。
预防经性接触传播的艾滋病主要小措施：
1、遵守性道德，固定性伴侣。要树立健康积极的恋爱、婚姻、家庭及性观念，反对“性自由”倾向;要洁身自爱，避免婚前、婚外性生活，不参与性乱活动，不涉足色情场所，不轻率地进出某些娱乐场所。要尽量保持单一的性伴侣关系，因为性伴侣越多，感染艾滋病病毒的危险性越大。
2、安全性行为，正确使用安全套。安全套是阻止艾滋病病毒进人人体的“防火墙”，在性生活中正确、全程使用质量合格的安全套，不仅可以有效减少感染艾滋病病毒的危险，还可以起到避孕的作用。
3、得了性病或怀疑有性病应尽早到指定医疗机构或正规医院检查、治疗。早期治疗性病对预防艾滋病很重要。性病感染者容易发生生殖器溃疡，这样就大大增加了感染和传播艾滋病病毒的抓会。因此，性病病人及其性伴侣应该同时去医院进行早期诊断和治疗，迅速治愈性病及各种生殖器感染。一旦怀疑自己感染了艾滋病病毒时，应尽早到有关机构接受艾滋病咨询和检测，避免把病毒传播给他人。
