本报讯(记者文静)昨天，西城区宣布，将在什刹海的游船上免费派发出一万只安全套，以防范流动人口感染艾滋病。为避免尴尬，所有安全套都装在红色“中国结”形状的小包内，“中国结”悬挂在游船上，既美观装饰了游船，又可以让坐船的人随意摘取。
记者昨天在荷花市场的游览码头上看到，每条游船上都挂着大大的福字，船身两侧则悬挂着鲜红色的中国结，每条船都挂了几十个中国结。摘下中国结，里面则放着避孕套、防范艾滋病的小册子。什刹海计生办相关负责人表示，周边大约有3万名流动人口，为保证他们的身体健康，引导其更好地遵守国家计划生育的国策，所以想出了这个中国结红包的办法。
据介绍，今年开始，西城区将陆续采取这种人性化的措施，比如在酒吧一条街免费派发装有避孕套的玫瑰等。
