烟台200余人感染艾滋病 艾滋病监测或将列入婚检

水母网5月30日讯（YMG记者 李珑） 26日，省政府出台多项措施，全力遏制艾滋病流行蔓延，确保到2020年继续保持低流行状态。为此教育部门将艾滋病防治知识列入普通中学的教学计划，烟台或将按省
政府要求将艾滋病监测纳入婚前检测项目。
防艾知识纳入中学教学计划
按照我省的要求，教育部门要按照国家有关规定，将包括艾滋病防治知识在内的生活技能教育列入普通中学的教学计划，保证课时。中等职业技术学校、高等院校在新生入学体检时，要向每名新生发放“预防艾滋病健康教育处方”。记者昨天采访了市疾控中心艾滋病防制科科长杨珊，她表示，烟台防艾知识早在几年前已经纳入中学教学计划。目前，全市已有47家二级以上医疗机构建立了筛查实验室，龙口、海阳等县市区的妇幼保建院也相继建立了筛查实验室。
按照工作部署，烟台要将艾滋病、梅毒检测咨询纳入婚前自愿医学检查内容。
据介绍，监测检测是发现艾滋病病毒感染者、掌握疫情的有效手段。此后，二级以上综合性医院和有条件的专科医院、疾病预防控制机构、妇幼保健和采供血机构等医疗卫生机构要逐步建立艾滋病筛查实验室，并推广使用快速、简便的检测方法，提高检测可及性。
高校、大型工地安装安全套销售机
按照规定，要在宾馆、旅店等公共场所摆放安全套，在高等院校、大型建筑工地、流动人口集中地区安装安全套销售设施，增加安全套可及性。
落实免费提供抗艾滋病病毒药物，坚持就地治疗原则，对符合治疗标准的感染者和病人及时治疗。艾滋病病毒感染者和病人患其他疾病需要治疗的，各级各类医疗机构不得以任何理由推诿和拒绝。
烟台累计发现艾滋感染者200余例
市疾控中心艾滋病防制科科长杨珊告诉记者，目前烟台累计发现的艾滋感染者有200余例，已治疗艾滋病病人40余例，其中95%以上病情都得到有效控制。
据调查，艾滋病毒的传播途径主要有三种，分别是：性接触传播、血液传播和母婴传播。目前在烟台发现的艾滋病病人也主要分为三种，一种是河南、云南来烟打工者，之前就因输血、吸毒等原因感染上了艾滋病病毒的；第二种情况是烟台人出国打工或是到外地务工时感染上艾滋病病毒；第三种情况则是在烟台本地被感染，其中90％以上是通过性传播途径被感染的。
中心艾滋病防制科科长杨珊强调，性传播是烟台艾滋病传播的主要途径，但只要在性活动中全程正确使用安全套是完全可以降低感染艾滋病的危险性的。
