全省公安厅强制隔离戒毒所艾滋病预防知识培训班
为进一步促进全省监管场所被监管人员HIV抗体常规检测工作,省疾控中心与公安、司法部门合作于2011年3月～4月份分别对全省公安、司法系统监管场所内的各市(州)业务指导部门领导、所级领导、干警、医务工作者以及该项工作负责人进行了艾滋病和传染病防治知识的培训。培训共分三期进行，其中公安监管系统和禁毒系统各一期、监狱劳教系统一期，三期共培训240余人。
培训工作得到省公安厅、司法厅、卫生厅和省疾控中心领导的高度重视，省禁毒办副主任、省公安厅禁毒总队总队长李红斌、副总队长张海军，省公安厅监管总队张亚林政委，监狱管理局生活卫生装备处吴华静处长，省卫生厅疾控处王之虎主任科员参加了各期培训。甘肃省疾控中心党委书记、副主任孟蕾出席了三期培训开幕式，并强调：卫生、公安和司法部门应该加强沟通合作，在监管场所被监管人员中开展HIV抗体筛查工作，及时发现监管场所内的艾滋病病毒感染者，做好这部分感染者的随访管理工作及羁押期满后的转介工作；在监管场所内做好艾滋病防治的宣传教育和行为干预工作，防止艾滋病病毒在羁押场所内的传播；做好所内干警、医务人员HIV职业暴露的预防工作，如果一旦发生，干警及工作人员能够及时处理，防止职业暴露HIV感染的发生。
培训内容除艾滋病防治相关政策、法规、流行现状、基本防治知识、监管场所内艾滋病病毒职业暴露防护，艾滋病检测咨询技巧和反歧视等内容外，还增加了监管场所内急性传染病和结核病基本知识及预防措施。培训使干警及医务人员对艾滋病防治相关知识有所了解，特别是掌握了职业暴露防护、检测咨询和对阳性感染者进行告知等方面的知识和技能，提高了干警对监管场所内艾滋病、常见传染病和结核病防治的认知，增强了干警人员自我防护的能力，将有力的促进监管场所艾滋病的防治工作。(性病艾滋病防制科)

In addition to AIDS-related training policies, regulations, epidemic situation, the basic prevention knowledge, monitoring the premises Occupational Exposure to HIV prevention, AIDS testing and counseling skills and anti-discrimination, etc., but also increased monitoring of acute infectious diseases and areas of basic knowledge of TB and preventive measures. Training to police officers and medical staff on an understanding of AIDS-related knowledge, in particular, to master the occupational exposure prevention, testing positive for HIV counseling and be informed of such knowledge and skills to improve the supervision of police officers on the premises of AIDS, a common infection disease and TB awareness, enhance the ability of police officers who self-defense, it will effectively promote the establishment of AIDS prevention and control regulation.
