经过一段时间的准备和在国内外多地测试后，在国内外多位朋友的帮助下，“陈真诚”的英文版国际主页正式上线，地址是http://stevenchen.webs.com/。

As a well-known Professional manager, Chen Zhencheng has worked successively in the Hunan Institute of Finance and Economics, Xiangcai Securities, Investment enterprises, Real estate enterprises, and Golf enterprises, etc., and has almost 20 years' experience of operation in the field of brand strategy and marketing promotion, new product strategy, investment and financing. As early as 1993, he became renowned in the Financing and Investment industry, and then surprisingly he withdrew out of this industry. Later, his name “Chen Zhencheng” again appeared frequently in the media.
In recent years, Chen Zhencheng was called “father of OV Commercial Villa” by the media due to his creation of the new vocabulary “OV” (Office in Villa) and the new form of Villa “OV Commercial Villa”. He was the first person to put forward the idea of “biological low carbon” in real estate development and was also the first person to divide the real estate low carbon into “physical low carbon” and “biological low carbon”.
As an authoritative opinion leader, Chen Zhencheng's articles and interview points have appeared frequently and extensively in numerous domestic and international media, such as newspaper, magazine, Internet, TV, radio. He is a permanent columnist for China's most famous metropolis daily “NDDaily” and for a number of other newspapers. Over recent years, the number of his articles published officially in newspapers is between 100 and 200 per annum. Due to his activity in the market as a famous Professional manager, with his successful track record in enterprise management practice as well as many research achievements over the years, Chen Zhencheng has become a prominent economist, a real estate expert, an investment expert, an opinion leader and industry leader who is widely accepted and recognized by social circles. He has been praised as a “Social Activist” by the scientific masters Yuan Longping[1] and Chen Guoda[2].

[9]Chen Yuqun: Famous economist, former director, researcher and professor of Ecological Economic Research Center of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, attended the "Conference on Environment and Development" (or "Earth Summit") in Brazil in 1992 representing NGO scholars of China at the invitation of the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), wrote the paper “The Ecological City Construction Ideas and Countermeasures” which won him the world Chinese major achievement certificate and the best paper award.
