武汉6年阻断21例艾滋病母婴传播 开始免费检测

武汉市上月开始免费为孕妇提供艾滋病检测服务，记者昨日获悉，6年来，该市已成功阻断21例艾滋病母婴传播。目前免费查艾滋后，患病孕妇还可以获得免费的母婴阻断治疗，尽管两项都免费，但仍有不少孕妇“有顾虑不愿检”。
根据武汉试行的《预防艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝母婴传播工作实施方案》，孕妇在进行第一次产检时，可以留下血样，由医疗机构送到武汉市妇幼保健院进行艾滋病、梅毒、乙肝三项检测，已经接受检测的孕妇围产保健手册上会加盖“三项检测已采样”章。
武汉市妇幼保健院保健部主任陈忠说，孕妇的检测结果对外将严格保密，检测出患有三种疾病的孕妇将获得不同程度的免费治疗，防止疾病传染给下一代。
陈忠介绍，武汉从2004年开始进行艾滋病母婴阻断，至2010年底，在该院接受治疗的23位孕妇中，只有两人生下的孩子被传染，其他孩子都非常健康。
据了解，母婴阻断措施分为产前和产时两个阶段：产前通过服药控制孕妇体内的病毒数量，让病毒不会感染胎儿；产时一般采取剖宫产，避免分娩过程中孕妇和胎儿血液接触导致感染。“经过这两个措施，大部分胎儿可健康出生，妇幼保健机构还会监测他们的健康状况直到1岁半。”陈忠说，艾滋病孕妇的母婴阻断治疗免费，每位孕妇可以获得3000元的政府补助用于治疗，患有梅毒和乙肝的孕妇也可以进行母婴阻断，但是大部分费用需要自理。
