非洲足球明星办表演赛 呼吁人们支持艾滋病防治

新华社巴马科6月21日体育专电（记者王子正）据马里媒体21日报道，马里国家足球队和由非洲足球明星组成的队伍近日在马里首都巴马科举办了一场表演赛，呼吁人们支持艾滋病防治。
这场足球赛由马里艾滋病防治委员会和联合国艾滋病规划署联合举办，于19日在马里首都巴马科举行。超过两万名观众在现场观看了表演。
马里总统杜尔20日在总统府会见参与此次比赛的足球明星时说，防治艾滋病要从生活的方方面面做起。
据估计，非洲撒哈拉以南地区每天约有3800人死于艾滋病，每天有6000名15至24岁的人感染艾滋病病毒。（完）2011/06/22 02:32
