甘肃省艾滋病患者可接受免费干细胞治疗

本报兰州讯(记者宜秀萍)经过抗病毒治疗后，部分艾滋病患者病毒虽然转阴，但CD4免疫细胞计数上升不明显。针对这类患者，国内几家顶尖医院采用干细胞治疗技术取得了较好的效果。日前，兰州军区总院安宁分院与解放军302医院达成合作协议，免费为我省艾滋病患者开展干细胞治疗。
据兰州军区总院安宁分院感染科主任王芳介绍，干细胞输入体内后能分泌大量的造血细胞生长因子，可促进机体免疫功能和抗病毒免疫功能重建，是治疗艾滋病的一种新型细胞疗法。CD4细胞是人体重要的免疫细胞，是艾滋病病毒攻击对象，人体感染艾滋病病毒后，CD4细胞的数量和功能就明显降低。现有的临床资料表明，相当一部分患者接受干细胞治疗后，CD4细胞数量有明显增加，临床症状明显改善，生活质量得到提高。据了解，人体对干细胞无排异反应，治疗无毒副作用，安全性好，每疗程只需输入干细胞3-5次，每次间隔1-2个月。
据悉，我省范围内，感染艾滋病病毒1年以上、CD4细胞数量低的艾滋病病毒感染者；CD4细胞数量低、合并机会性感染或肿瘤等疾病的艾滋病病人，均可在兰州军区总院安宁分院得到免费治疗。
