艾滋病病毒携带者产下健康双胞胎

　　    本报讯  据《耶路撒冷邮报》消息，一名携带艾滋病病毒的30多岁产妇近日在以色列兰姆巴姆医疗中心产下了健康的双胞胎，这是第一例产下健康双胞胎的案例。

　　    消息一出，兰姆巴姆医疗中心新开的诊所门庭若市，来自以色列和国外的咨询络绎不绝。这位产下健康双胞胎的产妇也发起了一项旨在让人人有权做妈妈的公共运动。

　　    此前一个星期，以色列哈达萨医疗中心也成功实现了第一例类似手术，婴儿的父亲是艾滋病病毒携带者。哈达萨婴儿的诞生是使用了特殊的分离方法，将精液中致命的病毒去除后受孕；而兰姆巴姆婴儿则是体外受精的成果。

　　    去年4月，海法医院建立了以色列第一套病毒性体外受精系统，帮助艾滋病病毒携带者以及那些慢性病毒性疾病患者产下健康宝宝。

　　    兰姆巴姆医疗中心新开诊所的负责人阿维·莱特曼博士说，产妇要怀上健康的胚胎，需要经历几个生育周期。当对象是一个男性艾滋病病毒携带者或者乙肝患者时，他们将用特殊的冲洗方法分离出不带病毒的健康精子，然后注入到一个健康母亲的卵子中使其受孕。对一个女性患者，健康的精子将被注入到从其挑选出的健康的卵子中。（冯志文）

　　    WASHINGTON According to the "Jerusalem Post" messages, one with HIV, 30-year-old mother has medical centers in Israel Lamb Bam gave birth to healthy twins, this is the first case of the birth of healthy twins case.
