监狱里的“红丝带”

常州监狱艾滋病监区是江苏监狱系统唯一集中关押艾滋病罪犯的场所。艾滋病罪犯是一个非常特殊的群体，对他们的管理教育工作要求更加专业，但面临的风险和压力也超乎寻常。
我1995年7月从警，2008年12月调任艾滋病监区任教导员，主持监区工作。说实话，对于艾滋病，我们也很陌生，加上监区组建不久，民警“恐艾”心理仍然很重。而且因为疾病和心理等多种原因，艾滋病罪犯抗拒改造、对抗治疗的现象时有发生，给管教民警造成了巨大的压力。我一度也患上了焦虑症，每天入睡靠服用安眠药，梦中经常出现民警被艾滋病罪犯抓咬的场面。但作为监区的负责人，我知道我的状态对工作会产生较大的影响，在心里面我一再为自己打气、鼓劲，要坚持下来，不要辜负组织的信赖和同事的期望。工作中，我加强对艾滋病预防等医学常识的学习，并坚持每天和罪犯一起参与活动，带领他们进行体能锻炼，与艾滋病罪犯面对面交谈、零距离接触，疏导他们内心的苦闷、担忧，鼓励他们放下包袱。这样面对面的交流，架起了与艾滋病犯的沟通桥梁，信任的“零距离”消除了我的“恐艾”心理，艾滋病犯们也不再整天长吁短叹，把我视为“知心人”，对我无所不说、无话不讲。
其实，艾滋病罪犯最担心最害怕的不是绝命，而是绝情。工作中，我坚持“关爱生命、平安和谐”的执法理念，用真情融化病犯，用快乐感染病犯，与病犯拉近心理距离，用感恩教育消除他们的报复心理。罪犯李某，自幼父母双亡，性格孤僻怪异，多次企图自杀，身体状况极差。李某坦言：“我活着只会更加痛苦，还不如早点解脱。”针对李犯的特殊情况，我通过地方政府辗转找到他失散多年的奶奶，让他重享亲情；为他买来了各种绘画书和花种，让他愉悦心情转移注意力；为他每天加餐一荤一素，提高身体抵抗力。两个月后，李某开始有了笑容，改造积极性明显提高，身体素质也有了明显改善。李某刑满释放时，满怀感激地对我说：“我不知道还能活多久，但是您让我感受到生命的可贵、做人的尊严！”通过近年来的不断努力，监区先后有31名企图自杀罪犯被成功转化，134人次受到减刑、假释奖励，80名离监罪犯没有发生违反承诺感染他人事件。对于离监的人员，我们没有“一送了之”，经常通过电话为他们开展心理咨询，与他们的亲属朋友沟通，打消“恐艾”心理，让他们感受到亲情的温暖，还积极与政府劳动部门联系，帮助28人寻找到力所能及的工作，让他们拥有一定的经济来源，树立坚强活下去的勇气和信心。
艾滋病犯管理是一项特殊的工作，但有了管教民警的共同努力，我们保证了监管秩序的稳定，病犯的改造也比较积极。我本人先后被省监狱管理局评为安全优胜个人、被监狱评为十大杰出民警、优秀共产党员，我们监区被记集体二等功、三等功各一次。这些荣誉是沉甸甸的，是组织上对我们的肯定与鼓励，也凝聚了大家的心血与汗水，我们非常珍惜，也将继续努力，确保一方平安。

But as a district supervisor in charge, I know my state of the work will have a greater impact in mind which I have repeatedly to pump myself up, and inspiring, to stick with it, do not live up to the organization's trust and expectations of colleagues. Work, I strengthen the medical knowledge of AIDS prevention learning, and criminals every day and participate in activities together, leading them in their physical training, criminals face to face talk with AIDS, up close, to ease their inner anguish, fears and encourage them to put down the burden. This face to face, put up a bridge made with AIDS, trust of the "zero distance" to eliminate my "fear of AIDS" mentality, they are no longer guilty of all AIDS sigh to me as "somebody bends." I do not say nothing, no words do not speak.
In fact, the most worried about AIDS, most criminals do not fear the suicide note, but unsympathetic. Work, I adhere to the "love of life, peace and harmony" law enforcement philosophy with the truth committed melting disease, infectious disease, with a guilty pleasure, and the patients committed to narrow the psychological distance education, eliminating them with grateful revenge. Criminals Lee, his childhood his parents died, withdrawn and bizarre, repeated suicide attempts, poor physical condition. Lee admitted: "I live only more painful, not as earlier relief."
